I don't know what constitutes criminal neglect for animals. They're kept clean enough and I'm sure if they needed treatment for something, they'd take them to a vet. What gets me the most is the over-feeding.

How overfed? My parents have a dog, a little dauchschund. They fed it normally yet it is still overweight. Even on more of a diet it is still overweight. So I guess what I'm trying to say is that it can be a tricky thing.

I don't have any numbers, but I'm guessing Chris' dogs are obese. And there's no control over how much they eat. They're also occasionally fed things they really shouldn't be fed, things full of fat and dairy. They won't die from it, but I'm sure they have diarrhea from time to time.

Yeah, I was talking about that the other day with some friends. Bob and Barb probably told Chris the dangers of feeding a dog chocolate back when they had Patty. Or at least we hope they did.
