No. This disorder is characterized by defiance and opposition to authority. Yes, Chris has had numerous run ins with manajerks, police, and other authority figures. However, Chris is far from rebellious. In his mind the only authority figure is Barb. Everyone else is just a troll trying to do him an injustice. Courts, manajerks, policeman, Snyder, all of these people have less authority than Barb. When a normal person walks in a store they recognize that the store is owned by someone and that the unwritten agreement is that we're allowed to come onto this property in exchange for behaving by the rules/buying something. Chris doesn't see it like that. The world is his to roam, loiter, and stress sign in as he pleases.

I completely agree. It's not so much that he's defiant or hostile to authority figures, it's just he doesn't recognize any authority over him, but his parents. It's like he took the phrase "It's a free country" and ran with it. He should be allowed to do anything he wants and anyone, but his parents, who tell him "no" are just JERKS.

Rather than looking for a disorder to label him under, it's just simpler and more accurate to describe him as just being a fucking idiot.

Honestly, reading through the symptoms on that link in the OP, I'd genuinely find it difficult to tell the difference between a sufferer of that "disorder" and a typical child.
Kids are hardwired to be disobedient and push the boundaries, it's how you find out about the world and it's limitations, and that's why a good upbringing is very important or the reason a bad upbringing can be so damaging.

Now who do we know that's confirmed to have had shitty parents?
