Does Chris have prosopagnosia?

It's possible, but he also has a pretty obvious difficulty recognizing voices as well. I wonder if poor physical recognition skills go hand in hand with autism, or if that can be diagnosed on top of that condition.
 
Chris clearly has a lot of problems I think that sums it up.
 
He can't recognize faces, yet he is blinded by being naive. It's why the debacle with the poorly-named Blanca happened.
 
There are so many things he could have that I'm starting to think he just has everything and the symptoms are just cancelling each other out enough to make him functional.

I think this is actually connected to autism though I could be confusing it with the inability to read body language.
 
It's hard to tell. The fact is, Chris places so little value in other people, one could see how that could even extend to subconsciously not giving a shit what they look like.

I mean, it's possible Chris can't recognize faces, but I don't think that's really the case. In the past, when we trolled him, we used random pictures of women we got from google and told him that they were the same person. And I think that Chris believed us not because of face blindness, but because Chris is a gullible dipshit and accepts what he's told.

Very likely. "Face blindness" (prosopagnosia) is pretty common in people with autism. Chris almost certainly has it, as evidenced by his having to memorize his own face in a mirror, amongst other things.
 
The thread about whether Chris being an introvert or extrovert mentions that he's shy. With shyness (or just plain autism) it may be very difficult to look others in the eye. And if you never look others in the eyes, it would be very difficult to see their faces, let alone recognize them later.

These. The whole high school mirror thing is pretty wacky, I don't think he had to memorize what he looked like, I think he was just self absorbed.

People with autism can have trouble reconizing faces or it could be like Marvin says and that Chris is just really stupid and will beleive anything if he thinks a girl said it.
 
I've always said Chris has some serious perception issues. Right now, he probably imagines himself to look like an attractive young lady.
 
Also if he required prescription lenses to see correctly, he may not see himself correctly anyway if he neglects to wear his glasses.
