Everyone should feel the need to help make their own country a better place instead of escaping like cowards and piling their problems onto healthier countries. If you're immigrating without intending on integrating into a new society, you should hang back and do all you can to make your homeland a nicer place instead.

I'm not one, in fact I agree with you, emigration is a cowardly and opportunistic act that if I had the power, would ban immediately except special circumstances. The rise of an insane number of immigration companies here, who offer incentives like free housing and immediate work on emigration and prey on young college students is a serious problem.
