Comedy Central is literally dying
Cracked was never really "good" but it was already starting to go noticeably downhill even as of five years ago, with more clickbait, less humor (trying to be more "informative") and an unwelcome but increasingly political bent.Other people on the internet make me laugh but comedy organizations don't. Streamers, YouTubers, KF posts, some podcasters, niche content creators are super funny to me; Creators under a single company, Cracked is the best example, seem to lose my interest really quickly.
Yeah, I watch him sometimes, the Game Grumps satellite I watch more is probably SuperMega thoughEver hear of Oney Plays?
Remember when you were a kid and the slightest sign of nudity was enough to give you a boner? Yeah you do. Now we're desensitized and humor is the same way. Someone can type HAHAHAHAH and ROFLMFAO while straight faced.
What still makes you laugh and laugh hard? I can't find it anymore.
I think part of the problem is that funny has been in a bit of a dry spell. I mean, that particular performance was done in 2013, but the scene hardly changed at all from its conception in 2003, a decade prior, and the whole show will be hitting its 15th anniversary soon.
