There's been some discussion lately about an alleged "Woke Right" that is just as bad, if not worse than the Woke Left.
Conversation about a supposed "Woke Right" erupted after James Lindsay posted 'A Communist Manifesto for Christian Nationalists: Testing the Woke Right' (archive) where he described how he published an article titled 'The Liberal Consensus and the New Christian Right' (archive), based on the communist manifesto that swapped out the term Bourgeois with Liberal and proletariat with Christian.

This has led to a re-kindling of decade old debates between Christians and Non-Christians regarding the Christian right's moral stances on things regarding violence, sex, and degeneracy (especially in media), if those stances are "Woke", and if they should be forced to sit in the cuck chair while OnlyFans and gender transition drug dealer become acceptable career paths.

He sees anything genuinely conservative/rightist/Christian as his true enemy, and has recently gone off the deep end trying to concoct a schizophrenic theory that will let him cast everyone to the right of Bill Clinton into the abyss and assume his rightful place atop the 90s Liberal Hegemony.

I don't even know what's special about the woke left that the... Sleeping...? Left doesn't have. Honestly, I couldn't even tell you in a strict way what is "left" and what is "right". The consensus seems to be almost purely intuition. There is most probably a difference between left and right, politically speaking, but I couldn't tell you exactly what. One example I've read is that "leftism" is essentially a certain set of beliefs on the subjects of race, sex/"gender" (biology, essentially) and sexual deviance (homosexuality, trannyism, etc). And these beliefs and opinions tend to be clustered together.

But if you ask 100 people what is left wing and what is right wing and you might get 100 different opinions.

So, i mean, "woke right"? Sounds like just the next iteration of purity spiraling and infighting. Any excuse to tell someone else (that often times you mostly agree with) they are wrong.

Most people who consider themselves right wing/conservative are not. They're just where a lot of leftists were at 20+ years ago. They still default to live and let live, keep it in the bedroom, etc. Which isn't really a position or value judgement of anything anyone has ever done or will do ever. It's basically just the enlightened position of "go ahead, I'm not going to stop you" which isn't wrong in some contexts but is basically a big nothing burger when it comes to politics, ideology, or what you think the best direction for society to pull in is. I think a lot of people get confused because there are some people that have traditionally more right/conservative ideas about economics but not about social issues but since the left is so rigid about what their party line is, anyone slightly out gets dumped into the realm of being "right wing" by default and because if they want to be a grifter then there are only two teams to play that with. No one cares what independents or whatever other made up party thinks and they probably never will.

Not really, but I've seen a couple very small examples of it. Less what you're describing with the religious commie stuff, and more of a niche of neolib/neocon hybrid millennials.

Mostly either non-whites who were either in (or grew up around) the military, or psuedointellectual (atheist or moderate religious) types from the deep South inflicted with TDS.

People who will talk endless shit about how racist and oppressive society, Trump, the GOP is etc., and are willing to make jokes about pronouns and whatnot. But if you start criticizing America, it's culture or the government as a whole (MIC Forever Wars, Mass Surveillance, Tranny Shit, Trashing Legacy Media and Social Media as a whole), they start getting nervous and angry with you.

Basically just frightened niggercattle who want to live in the Bush-Obama years forever. Negligible in their political impact at the moment, but I have a theory the Democrats might start shifting towards them if they keep getting their shit pushed in from supporting the Far Left.

I really don't think so, because different from the left, the right is not exactly innovative with inventing new ideologies or stances, they stick with what, in their opinions, works and worked.
Intersectional feminism, which I would say is the core of the woke left, isn't that old and includes fun, new horrors like the troon menace.

The right also simply doesn't have the cultural influence the left has. The left controls mainstream-entertainment and the education system, including the universities.
Their influence is so tremendous that even though the overwhelming majority of people are unfavorable to disgusted by their new stances, politics, huge corporations and even some genres of entertainment bent over backwards to satisfy their ideological demands.

I think this idea of the "woke right" is pushed by centrists who worship horseshoes and the revolutionary stance of "both sides are dumb".

It has some unfortunately, they tend to pop up around video games and media. Every time we get some good games they show up claiming that its porn made for kids, or murder simulators. They recently experienced a resurgence since the election and are now on the prowl..defending the SJW/Woke producers who censored female characters in video games.

But as others have mentioned, they have no cultural clout, so its just a few idiots whining, action only get taken if the left decides something is problematic.

Woke specifically describes an authoritarian progressive ideology that demands you fall in line or you're unable participate in society that became the dominant strain of progressivism in the early 2010s.

This ideology and its adherents have been referred by many labels but none was so detrimental to their goals then feminist, which because of all the clowning on its proponents who self identified as feminists the term has been irreversibly poisoned in the public consciousness that no self respecting person would describe themselves as one.

The same goes for woke which was originally used as a dog whistle to signal support for this ideology but now has been largely abandoned because the chuds caught on and started using it to describe them.

Which is why there can't be a "woke right" because the word woke doesn't describe puritanism as a whole but instead a specific ideology that is puritanical

They're controlled opposition/opportunists, likely being funded and prodded along by the left to nip the rising wave of public discontent in the bud by "proving" the right-wing is just as bad as the left. They did the same thing in 90s and early 00s, propping clowns like Jack Thompson up while Hillary Clinton and other Democrats were trying to ram through FEPA and other similar trash.

If the right-wing was as bad as the left, we would never have had all the great games in the 90s and early 00s, when society was less tolerant of liberal faggotry. Games only began getting heavily censored and butchered when cries to not offend the "modern audience" began to gain traction.
