[Another Fellow]

Mine came from a Tumblr blog I read called Droll Pranks for Rich Boys. The premise of the blog is basically "old-money, Ivy League, East Coast aristocratic version of ," and each prank idea mentions "another fellow" on whom the prank is to be played.

• "Plant a cellular telephone in another fellow's opera box. Set it ringing during the performance to ensure the poor fellow's disgrace!"
• "Sew a pocket on the front of another fellow's favorite shirt. The poor fellow will look like he's wearing a common workman's blouse!"
• "Teach another fellow's monkey butler several bawdy jokes. At his next dinner party, the ribald monkey jokester will shame his poor master!"
• Alter another fellow's portrait so that his hand is not in his jacket, but in the waistband of his trousers like a common pervert!"
• "Glue another fellow's wine bottles inside of brown paper bags. When he presents his most-prized vintage at dinner, the poor chap will look like a destitute street wino!"

On a previous incarnation of the forums I picked gotdangace because I wanted something CWC-related. Only a few weeks after joining, however, that forum instituted a policy where any account without 10 posts would be banned, and since I only popped in now and then to lurk my account was one. So I joined back up and decided it would be fun to laugh at my short-lived first account by picking a 'sequel' name. This was before I realized I could have used a space and not an underscore like a n00b =|

i actually signed up to the ED wiki using another name and forgot about that account

about a month later (March 2012) i created an account on EDF under this name to get someone on ED IRC deopped for banning everyone, at the time the name really meant 'like i care about what my name is im not logging in again' and then slowly came to mean 'lol i dont give a fuck about anything'

A generic noun, mildly inspired by both Silver the Hedgehog from Sonic 06 because we had recently played that and he was arguably the best part of the game (i'm a sucker for time travel) and the rival Silver from Pokémon because that's my favorite rival.

Back when I just lurked these forums occasionally, at some point a thread reminded me of some bizarre 'socialist propaganda' experiment a batshit friend of mine had set up. 'Numbering Your State' was some glorified algorithm to how the states would be numbered if the North American continental was discovered much earlier than Columbus.

And no it's impossible to make any fucking sense out of it.
