DOH on by default now on Firefox

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Imagine using Trannyfox in the year of the God-Emperor Two Thousand and a Score.

Accept your Cloudflare DNS and eat the bugs
What else even is there, honestly? Brave is proprietary spyware, Iridium is suspicious and iirc abandoned, Ungoogled Chromium requires manually installing addons and still doxes you, Waterfox was (((bought out))), Palemoon breaks websites, and Librefox is abandoned. That leaves modified sjwfox and Icecat, which is really just another fork.

It makes the internet more centralized because now Firefox makes everyone use Cloudflare's server to resolve DNS requests instead of their respective ISPs (or alternate ones like OpenDNS).

DoH-compatible DNS server where Firefox will send DoH DNS queries. By default, Firefox uses Cloudflare's DoH service located at https://mozilla.cloudflare-dns.com/dns-query. However, users can use their own DoH server URL. They can select one from the many available servers, from this list, here.
