So much of America has been disenchanted by the scam that nobody has been winning every election since 1968. What little democracy there was in America died with JFK. It's been a corporatist kakistocracy ever since.

I also hate the fact that the Democratic party usis superdelegates to fuck over nominations if the candidate that the corporate democrats want is not the one that the democratic voters want.

About Trump: last few pages there were people saying how he didn't screw the average white boi over during his presidency or that he had fewer fuck-ups than Biden. Did you forget that Trump started a trade war with China that crewed over soybean farmers ? Did you forget that Trump imposed tariffs for non-US steel that screwed not only the EU, USA's main ally, but also any average Joe in the US that needed steel ? Like farmers that were planning to build silos ? Did you forget trump wanted to start a trade war with Canada and Mexico, USA's closest allies and neighbouring contries over NAFTA, renegotiate the deal but changing essentially nothing that would help the average american and call it a win ?

I swear, people seem to have the collective memory of goldfish sometimes.

Edit: as for Ukraine, the reason the US wants to protect it and Georgia for that manner is not only they are prospective NATO countries but also a buffer between NATO and Russia. If Ukraine falls, the whole East-European former-Soviet Union bloc will be under constant threat. Even if Russia wouldn't invade them, the prospect would be enough to destabilize those countries (that were barely second-world countries anyway).

There’s also the part where he recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and moved our embassy there. Seems like Trump’s deal was to try and go back to the day of the single digit presidents and have it where America only focused on itself, wasn’t world police, and told the world “focus on your own issues for once”. And then there was all the shit where Trump didn’t go full WarHammer God Enporir like /pol/ painted him as, such as not quelling in the summer or election games by sending in the Army or a federalized national guard to stop all that nonsense.
