Just a theory: Maybe she's dropping hints about wanting to "make changes" and move because she's tired of the fags (particularly Eric) shading her and embarrassing her as they do. She wants to strike a little fear into them that she may leave and take Becks with her.

Last year Eric was so desperate to keep Becky living in the house that he fucked over Rafe for Amberlynn after having only known Big Al for one week, remember?

Obesity is not a protected class. However, being gay is, so a landlord can’t use that to say no if Amber and Becky wanted to rent.

A landlord can still say no for other reasons though. If they feel she won’t pay her rent and has no rental history to prove otherwise. Their rental rules have to be applied evenly across the board.

Removing somebody from a rental is one of those State things that confuses our friends across the pond. Even though we have protected classes when it comes to renting, the rules for removal vary from state to state. Mine is very anti-landlord and if Amber rented s room in my home and didn’t want to go, it would be very hard to remove her, whether she paid or not. The 30 day pay or quit notice is just a start.(fortunately, most people don’t seem to know that and go). But if they do know, it can take months to a year to get somebody out if your paperwork isn’t perfection, and sometimes even if it is.

As an example, did you hear about that man who was in his 30s whose parents wanted him gone? They had to go to court, pay fees and all of that to get their own adult son out. Judges can be much more lenient and don’t like making people homeless so they give extra time, etc. these things can drag on.

That said, I don’t live in KY and it may be different there. I suspect it is, I live where housing stock is expensive and rare and these things seem to happen in bigger cities and states.

I’m also not sure who owns the home and who is on the lease in Amber’s case. So it could be very complicated. I doubt the boys could get Amber out without Becky and they apparently need help paying the rent.

But all is guesses, we don’t even know the problem. Knowing Amber, it has more to do with food than anything else.

Whatever weight she finally does say she is, add at least 25 pounds to that. She’s proven to be a liar in the past.

Place your bets now on how much she actually weighs.

I say 520

What I want to see is big ol' Amber trying out the diet miracle pill "alli"....

For those unaware, here are the side effects and consequences if you eat the wrong food....explained in hilarious Layman's Terms: http://thewvsr.com/alli.htm

there's a newer fat blocker (haha) that is supposed to not have the bad side effects. I don't think it would help AL that much though. I wonder how those non-surgical weight loss surgery balloons would work on AL. AL would have to swallow 3 balloons and the doctors fill them up and they stay in the stomach for 6 months. They are supposed to full the stomach up but would AL be able to out eat them and still stuff herself as much as she does?

Are you thinking of Contrave? It's wellbutrin + naltrexone. Wellbutrin, an antidepressant/smoking cessation, and naltrexone, treats alcohol/opiate addiction. The perfect thing for our gorl's food addiction. Too bad it's brand name.
The good news is she makes 10k a month!

Yeah, Contrave isn't a fat blocker it's just supposed to make you eat less. My friend tried it and I'm not trying to PL just contribute that insurance does not cover these types of medications and IIRC it cost her about $350 for a month's supply. I don't think Amber would be willing to spend that especially considering it's not a magic pill you still have to, you know, work on yourself.

no, it's called iremove. AL already was on wellbutrin and said it made her bitchy... Eric said at that time her moods shifted but from his tent video she just always has multiple personalities.

Any US farmers know what the deal is if they want her gone? We don't know whether she's on the lease or not but we do know she will just squat like a malevolent toad until she's found a new caretaker.

Even if she could live alone which I doubt, I can't see any landlord renting to her. She's a liability, she could easily damage or cause to be damaged the property, she has no job history and YT earnings are nowhere near solid enough income, especially for a one-trick-pony with no other income streams, diversification, or even savings. She can't have much of a credit history (and I still think she did a midnight flit from her last place) because she's never built one up and she has outstanding student loans. From a landlord's PoV she's a complete no-no, outside the murky off-radar lets of shitty apartments or trailers, neither of which she could live in and she's got no in to those circles anyway.

I know the process is 30 day notice etc etc, but in the event they do want her out how could they actually make it happen unless/until she's ready to go? Assuming they could be absolutely hard-headed about it, and that she can't claim dependency (another reason Becky was beyond stupid to leave her job. It opens the door for AL to claim Becky is her carer) where on earth could she go? Granted, nobody would want to stay where they aren't wanted but we know she can square that in her mind - she imposed on both Krystal and Destiny after they checked out.

As a hypothetical, what would happen? Is there aid available, or emergency housing? Or would she need - or even qualify for - some type of care facility? God, what a precarious existence.

I think you're overestimating the intelligence and fitness of the average Kentuckian, this is the state that spawned the Slaton braintrust after all

EDIT: Also 525.

One day, shes going to look into a mirror and is going to finally see that she will die if she doesn't get moving now.
she'll drop everyone out of her life and she will get something done

that's never going to happen because she is delusional

He's also forgetting that Amber pays 66% of the rent and utilities vs the boys' 33% share.

They don't want her gone she's literally a cash cow
Yeah, I have a hard time believing they want her gone so badly because they would do something about it if they did.

She has a new highest weight because she's SUFFERING from an eating disorder. Everything that comes out of her mouth screams "I am a victim". People don't like people like that. She doesn't realize that people aren't just haydurs, they just genuinely don't like you.
