Doomworld - AKA Troonworld, a dedicated safe space for pedophiles and megalomaniacs - Corrupting the Doom community since 2016

Not a bad idea - where would we host it afterwards, doe?

I plan to host MM3 here as well (I'll make a thread when I'll be sure I have everything organised), we'll have an interesting lineup of projects if we continue on making them.
Idgames archive would probably instantly ban the wads. lol
Moddb could give it a pass, although I'm not 100 % sure.

I guess we could host them here on Kiwifarms by creating a new thread, host files in the OP (leave thread open for discussing the wads, praise and criticism and all that) and link it there whenever we need to, same with KF Project 1 and 2, so basically OP with KiwiFarms wad collection you can download and enjoy. (with text files and instructions, of course).

ModDB is easily the best, and i'm sure they'll never reject a wad because it has a name that Troonworld doesn't agree with. The fags have no say in there. They'll accept MM3 for sure. It's really the last sane place for uploads, excluding temporary alternatives. We're talking about a site where your wads get a page of their own, with screenshots, information, review and rating tabs, uncensored comment section and a download button. On top of that, wads get verified within 24 hours, often in just 2-3 hours, and once they are up, you can instantly update them with two clicks of your mouse.
When are piece of shit sites like idgames or doomshack going to offer such luxuries to the uploaders? Answer - never, because they're garbage ran by amateurs that are still stuck in the 90's. In idgames the submission protocol alone makes me cringe. I've only uploaded one map there, and i'm never going through this bullshit again.

I prefer ModDB as well since any rejected projects due to Troonworld's faggotry gets a second chance over there.

Based Mods can be an alternative as well despite the really shitty interface since Modding Haven got taken down for good it seems: https://basedmods.eth.limo/

Oddly or amusingly enough, the last Doom wad that got uploaded over at Modding Haven before it got taken down was emulating some tranny suicide.

They have this retarded WAD info txt. description form, which I don't understand - every uploaded WAD must have the same exact README attached to it, with the same exact formatting. Why can't it be unique for every WAD - what if I don't want to tell how much time I wasted on a project, or what if all I have to say is way less than the description form requires?

Yeah, it's utterly retarded. I get that wad files should have txt info files for historical preservation in the long run, but why the fuck does it have to be in their convoluted, outdated way? All you need to provide in a txt file is, the name of the author, the credits (if you have other contributors), the format, the preferred source ports, the date of completion and maybe some additional optional information, if you feel like it.

And the way these cunts carry themselves... Saying shit like "if we find a mistake, we will reject your wad and not even tell you we did it, or why we did it". So basically, you may end up waiting for a confirmation email for weeks, not knowing that your wad is already rejected and will never appear on the archives. And when you find out, you won't know what the problem is, so you would not be able to fix it, so you can try to submit it again. What a pathetic excuse of a platform idgames is... just like everything related to Troonworld. When you leave fags to run things, that's what you get!

Exactly - you could fit all the needed information into two paragraphs and it'd be golden. I don't even know how does a specific txt. formatting practice help with indexing\identification - it's just bureaufagging for the sake of it.

True, about management - it seems like there were standards until late 2010's, and then most of the old-guard left.

When the Company Man met the Effigy and they shat up the Heretic+Hexen release thread together:

This guy seems fucking insufferable. Even the DW staff sound like he's beginning to grate on them:

Heh, what do you know? Both insufferable fags are having a fight. Best way to crush your enemies is to make them fight each other.

This is why you don't hire cunts as reps for your game in the first place.

Can't miss Retardneckerz whiteknighting for Nightdive again, just like he did for Doom+Doom 2 last summer. Does this motherfucker hoping to land a job there or something? That's the guy who runs the Doom wiki, folks... it makes so much sense why the wiki is trash.

By the way, i love how his comments got ignored by everyone in the thread, including the Nightdive cunts.

Filtered Edition for filtered faggots:
Christ alive, just look up a fucking walkthrough at that point. Yeah, I know the level design in Hexen can be confusing at times, but the game's been out for nearly 30 years and it doesn't even make fun of you for playing on its lower difficulties. If this gets successful then any subsequent remakes/sequels are going to be made for the dumbest gorilla niggers imaginable.
It seems like the Heretic re-release incorporates the Wayfarer's Tome mod as a fundamental. These are the same ivory tower faggots who've spent the last 2 decades sperging about how editing IWADs is "le bad", btw.
I don't even mind Wayfarer's Tome. I think it's a pretty decent way to play Heretic if you think the vanilla balance is a bit kludgy and don't want any huge overhauls, but you know for a fact the usual suspects would absolutely be throwing a fit if anyone who didn't personally rim their assholes made changes like this. Then will come the flood of totally not astroturfed maps whose primary selling point is that they're made specially for the Troonworld variant of the Raven games. Fuckin' a.
