The person (Ayevee39) who uploaded this apparently had a bunch more Madcast/KingRaven videos, but... they were removed at some point. This person also trooned out and changed their youtube username (now: IvyClora).

I think Null's best bet is to try contacting KingRaven/Daggius/IvyClora to see if any of them are willing to make the videos available again. Obviously don't tell them who you are - especially not the troon! :lol: Just say you're an old fan who would really like to watch the videos for nostalgia reasons. It wouldn't even be a lie.

I've been skimming through some of the key archives (below), but it doesn't look like the videos were successfully archived. Unfortunate.

0% chance that's going to happen, I've tried contacting Daggius in the past. KingRaven wants them gone. Ivy is a troon. No hope.
 
I played HoN since beta opened and its the most fun I've ever had in a game. the owner of S2 games was hilarious and we used scrim with him and he'd call everyone faggots and rage. It was amazing having a game where you were encouraged to shit talk and be as toxic as possible. BIG PLAYS. HIT THE SHOWERS KID.

HoN and early dota 2 (before about 2013) was peak moba. The absolute most fun you could have in a moba game period.

He screams at them (and these words are recorded into my brain precisely): "You let an enigma with brown boots, 290 fucking move speed, walk up and cast a spell on you idiots!" This is a sentence of history altering importance which has changed my perspective on the world.

So, I ask you, if any of you have or may know someone who has any of the KingRaven archive, please let me know.....

Hard to believe that someone this well known at the time could just DFE and barely anything survived. Must have been nice to have a chance to delete your internet past and have it actually stay dead. But, it's not the first time shit like this has happened. That really popular show American's most wanted that ran for like 30 years has only like 10 complete episode out of 1.1k that have been found.
 
I was convinced this would be about Jigglebilly when I clicked on it, my absolute favorite player to watch back in the day for both HoN and Dota. He was not only funny as fuck and raged at everything and everyone, but was also an extremely skilled player that I picked up a ton from. A lot of his videos have also been lost to time, sadly. Pour one out for the former rank 1 IXDL champ.

KingRaven was hilarious too, though. Great memories all around.

I was in the same situation as you but for a ton of old MoonMeander compilations. The reason you can't find them is there was an old channel that compiled and archived all of MoonMeander, KingRaven, melonzz and quite a few other HoN pubstars.

There were 2 or 3 major archivists and compilers for HoN that privated a lot of their videos at the request of the pubstar. There was one specifically for KingRaven and MoonMeander. Your best bet is to get in contact with them tbh. Hope this helps a bit

The Lost Media Wiki is autistic and obsessed with even tracking down lesser known youtube people they may have ideas. They helped me find videos from a guy that yeeted himself off youtube in its early days.
