That's true. Im not mad about it. I didn't have a cool ogre skim before that.

You gotta love the behaviour score system.
I was matched with a group of 4 in unranked.
Mark pos 4 (place my icon in the enemy's jungle) and pick ogre first phase. Second phase one of them picks Enigma and writes "4" in chat. I tell him that I already picked for 4 and that he should play as 3.
I get no reaction or answer.

Game starts, I check enigmas items and he has wards, a stick, regen and no stat items. He is already going to grief my game, so I pick up items for playing ogre 3, be the bigger man and just move on.

We get two kills within the first 4-5 waves but he dies for everyone of those. After his second death he doesn't come back to lane and just goes into the jungle. So now I'm alone in lane, with a sub optimal 3 to begin with, against a clock 5, so I can't even walk up to the creeps without clock gunning for me. I try once but they easily get me with cogs and assault battery plus the carry.

Going forth Enigma didn't do anything. He walked around on the map, stood on the edge of fights but never used his ult.
We obviously lost the game.

I played no other game that day and some hours later l receive a lp penalty.
I hate the current system so fucking much its unreal. I wish I could opt out of queueing into 4 stacks or atleast don't let them abuse the fucking system just because one of the stack is either mentally handicapped, has a mental breakdown or both.

The DOTA behaviour score system is as useless as the CS2 trust factor system. If anything, they're the same thing and people have found ways to exploit it by using several profiles to rate the player higher to get higher scores.

What behaviour or things annoys you the most in a match, what grinds your gear or tilts you and why? Multiple answers possible.

Whiny players that tilt themselves so hard that they would rather bitch and complain instead of playing the game.

People who play outside their region, especially if they don't know a lick of English. Those people tend to shit up chat the most without realizing no one can understand them.

Peruvians are subhuman.

Besides the obvious (throwers, griefers, trolls), I dislike people that do not understand the fundamentals of the game even after playing for thousands of hours.

I had a Juggernaut and CM on safelane, both were pre-made and right before losing I found out they were boyfriend (carry) and girlfriend (support). This was a ranked game at 4k MMR back in 2018. They were facing a solo Drow Ranger, and they didn't pull camps, didn't deny, didn't harass or kill her once. She got out of the lane with so much farm and EXP that she soloed the game for the enemy team.

I asked them how this could be and asked them how they lost the lane to a solo Drow. "Dude, we ended the laning phase without a single death."

They would not admit that passively farming 2v1 against a solo Drow was bad...at 4k MMR.

Tried playing EU? We got Russians who are the Euro version of Peruvians.

:story:
Gotta love when couples go out for some nice match throwing. I have no clue why people queue into ranked like that.

The giving up shit I'm sometimes guilty of.
Some matches are just so cursed that I can't be fucked to play and I just go brain afk, doing what ever. So I dont hard grief but I'm not really an asset either.

I get why people are not blown away but I still think the hero is cool, fun to play and offers alot. Rn he will only be viable as a sup, since he doesn't scale at all. Maybe facets or the afgs will change that, who knows.

I'm first picking him for 4 or 5 and having a good time. Mostly I build glimmer into another sup item, aether and then what ever is needed.
My win rate with the hero is in the high 50%.

Edit: The new Compendium sucks balls big time tho. Valve stated they wanted to separate the cosmetics from the ti compendium but this is just sad.

Imo, the problem with his kit is that it's trying to do like for or five different things and none of them particularly reliably. His whip is clearly meant to be comboed with the wheel but the fear duration is abysmal and the fully charged radius is small. As a pseudo-stun it's unreliable. The only thing I like about it is that it can clear camps and waves. Escape act is genuinely one of the weirdest abilities I've ever seen. It reminds me of Grimstroke's original Ink Swell. Being unslowable and untargetable is great but I'm not sure why it needs to be confined to the little radius. Impalement Arts is more useful as a slow then as a nuke. It'd be cool if the damage could stack. The wheel is a cool ability and can genuinely cause chaos. Unfortunately the radius isn't that big and its easy to walk away from it. So many of his abilities rely on positioning and the payoff for landing what effectively amounts to two skillshots isn't anything other heroes can already do better.

In short, his disables aren't guaranteed and his save isn't really a save.
