So he wanted the two dicks but none of the side show freak extra fleshy leg. Also every one of 3D's dick picks look Photo shopped to Hell, because the dicks look strangely erect while limp, all thick, veiny and stiff. I would think so. That's one reason I personally think it's all fake. It just seems like so much of a wet dream for this dude because his entire identity is wrapped up in his dicks and how many people he's been with. If it's all real and not just intense RPing, I'd be surprised. Apparently, most cases of double-dick are below average. Not "micro" but they usually are 3 inches or less. There are a few, very very few, cases of 6-8 inch dicks, but what happens is the one dick is normal sized and the other one is micro .

I don't think there are any cases in which a verified, in medical journal, cases of double-dicks that are both massive.

That's what I was thinking. Maybe he does have two. But one is like vestigial and might be non-functional. He created a fantasy where he's a double dicked stud to compensate for the fact that his deformity isn't what he'd like it to be and it doesn't live up to fantasy based expectations.
