So in Eastern Orthodoxy, right before lent we have a whole week dedicated to cheese! I know our Feeder loves cheese and tends to take photos of said cheese, so why don't we as a community give back & post pics of our cheese? I can post mine during lunch
 
I sadly don't have any pictures or a device to take a photo with, but currently I have black truffle cheddar and a disk of soft spreadable brie.
I love cheese.
 
My favorite cheese for everyday use is edam
