So if this was supposed to be real, who was supposed to pay the ransom? They supposedly took his crypto which could have been used to pay for it. Their online community? That's not going to happen. This was all but a joke but one in poor taste and not thought out well at all. At least you can laugh at rape jokes. This just comes off as a bunch of young men with mental illness trying to have a go at people.

Hmmph, kids these days. On the original doxbin when nachash was running it, there was a firm rule that nothing would be removed from the site for any reason. There was some controversy about it within Anonymous.

We spelled dox with one x back then, because the Kaiser had stolen our other x.

No one, I just think it's an incredibly shitty site that serves no purpose but to enable petty revenge, swatting and identity theft. Sites like it hurt American freedom of speech by pushing very hard against its boundaries. Every person who has their info hosted there is another person very likely to advocate for limiting free speech and more get added every day

If they ain’t breaking the law, if they ain’t uploading CSAM; hell even if they are uploading pirated content, doxxing, archiving people’s online activity… that’s fine.
Doxbin just is a more crass version of us with an emphasis on dox. Which we also do with notable figures.

I don't hate Kiwi Farms. It's like Perez Hilton for/about autistics. I do disagree with its hosting of dox*, particularly Social Security numbers. Doesn't add anything at all to the discourse and there isn't an argument for it beyond "It's not illegal (yet)".
