I'd stay away from the term "unmasking", because of this:

* This is the word LFJ uses to literally dox people and harass their employers.

As for "Deanon", it depends on the context: If you're deanonimyzing a known harasser, people will celebrate it. Now, if people don't know that the deanonimyzed person was a harasser or a criminal, you'll get shit for that from privacy minded people.

"Phonebooking" sounds neutral, and "exposing" sounds righteous. I'd go with those. "Journalism" is also somewhat nice, provided it's a topic which people seems appropriate to do journalism on. For instance, no one will take you seriously if you claim that giving out the personal info of some guy who films himself trying to match each piano note regardless of how awful it sounds is journalism.

For the others, given the larger context:

• Unmasking brings in an emotional/personal aspect.
• Phonebooking is OK but not accurate bc it's never just phonebook info.
• 411 sounds like dorky 2003 slang.
• Deanon is OK but a little nefarious-sounding.
• Infodump is OK but very generic and kind of ugly as a word.
• Sunshining is a nice word but but since it has another context, no. Plus it reminds me of sundowning, which is what dementia patients often do.
• Exposing - generic but aggressive, no.
• Deets - sure I guess but generic & slang and and not a verb, so no.

I ended up asking Grok for a synonym for doxing that didn't carry the negative weight. Anyways ,

ended up being my personal favorite.
Because it can go by the acronym PIS, it also has 3 letters meaning you can still make fun of people who repeat the third letter.
Beyond that the jokes write themselves, we have so-and-so's PIS.

What do you think about dossier for the noun? It's not a euphemism, if you think of a spy movie a dossier will generally have the person's full name and address if they are available.
Also, there's the "I'm going to farm that guy" and "I farmed that guy", but it is silly. Goes along with dossier well. "I'm going to farm that guy" becomes "I farmed that guy and posted his dossier." after you complete the action.

Why not make the word filter automatically rename doxxing to the chosen replacement? Then, no one can bitch, and we solve the problem.

as previously posted, using word filters to solve this issue could potentially create other legal issues.

I'd suggest a term that is rooted in re-uploading or archiving, like 'mirroring' or 'disk driving' or something like that.

i kinda like this. after all, what's shared on the farms is fundamentally a reflection of whomever or whatever is being discussed. unfortunately, the term 'mirroring' is already used to describe concurrently airing a live stream.

How about Honeycombing, or combing for short?
