Lolcow Dozerfleet / David Stiefel

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
If it helps at all (it probably doesn't) from what I've gathered lately he has a (women in?) prison kink now and I think it goes much more sinister from there...just so you all know.

My curiosity was indeed piqued after that F Plus revisit, and, well, at least this remains interesting, right?

8/1/2017: Dozerfleet! I love this guy.

I don't think he's perhaps quite lolcow material – as the quietness of this thread probably attests to – but he's just really interesting. I also first discovered him through the F Plus and I've been keeping up with him sporadically since then. His content is real slow-burn kind of stuff and rarely spectacularly weird or stupid but if you're willing to take the time to hoke through his inexhaustible self-created Wiki it paints a very vivid picture of his neuroses and fixations. Unlike most of the people covered here he's actually quite cagey with his personal information, but definitely a picture can be painted from the kinds of themes he focuses on in his "works" and the scattered bits of background detail here and there. And he has this intriguing Bryce Cherry sort of quality where you wonder if he actually understands that some of his enthusiasms are really sexually-motivated. Just replace bumpbows with women being brutalised and arrested.

The best part of his Wiki, the "What's Hot This Year" section (the only time I think he's ever been autobiographical at length) has been deleted for years but it's all preserved on Archive.org, less a few of the pictures. The last thing the world needs is a Dozerfleet Wiki Wiki but it'd be interesting to piece together some of the events he references, I think – seemingly his sister ran away from home and cut contact (and he tried to work through his feelings about it by way of imagining a Power Rangers/Finding Nemo crossover, in typical fashion) and he nursed a vendetta for years against a hairdresser who argued with him, or something(?)

Dozerfleet Guy said:
Video projects were Hell, because no one wanted to be in my projects. They all treated me like a porn director, even when what I was filming was more like Kamen Rider. And if any gal did agree to go on camera, she usually insulted me by asking how soon she'd have to take her clothes off. How do you get anything done in such a sex obsessed culture?

When all human volunteers failed, I made puppet shows. One gal even offered to help me with a comic book, only to renege. She even went so far as to threaten me with a restraining order, all because I couldn't help her in chemistry class! Psycho bitch!

And while I was trying to develop a professional work ethic, I had to constantly deal with roadblocks caused by my peers. Whiny, faithless, useless, hedonistic, drunkards, horny, and treacherous. I got my degree and got out of there fast. Good riddance too. The dorms looked like jail cells, as if the cultural climate weren't depressing enough.

2/22/2019: Apologies for necro-ing but this happened recently and I think it's funny.

Very quick background: one of the more conspicuous items in the Dozerfleet catalogue is "Blood Over Water," a short film he and some classmates made for their film-production class all the way back in 2010. In keeping with Dozerfleet's complete inability to let anything go, the Wiki features a lengthy article about this film, and Dozerfleet considers it to be canonical to his "Gerosha" universe (superhero stories with strong Christian morality, basically).

One of the lead actors in the film is Chris Wilson, a gentleman of colour (as will be relevant). Naturally, Dozerfleet had given Chris his own article on the Wiki. The character he played, "Chris Kennal", also has two(!) articles on the Wiki, which recount the character's actions in the film, and his imaginary adventures as a Gerosha superhero. Chris and Dozerfleet were friends on Facebook.

In January, Chris took to Facebook to bemoan the consequences of the government shutdown:

Dozerfleet caught wind of this, and made an appearance: surely, keeping out diseased illegals is worth shutting down the government for -- and anyway, the TSA are creeps who deserve to not get paid:

Naturally, this sparked some lively discussion:

More people weigh in. Is Dozerfleet a racist, or just a little slow-in-the-mind? Are white people the real problem?

Anyway nobody agrees with Dozerfleet and not even deploying some spicy right-wing memes can win him the argument. He flounces off:

But Dozerfleet has the last laugh. As pharaoh of the Wiki and sole arbiter of Dozerfleet canon, he inflicts a humiliating damnatio memoriae on Chris. His Wiki article is deleted:

His Gerosha character becomes a heroin addict who dies painfully:

And finally, Blood over Water is taken down from Youtube owing to its star's "fanatical anti-Trump views".

Chris's take on this (if any) is sadly unknown.
