Grimes drives a lot of people mad but often in different ways. Anyone that mentions he's a former fashion student is pissed that he's constantly being invited on TV as a talking head. Harrop genuinely doesn't comprehend it's because Grimes has a good media presence, and makes it easy for the TV shows to work with him.

Also he played a genuinely significant role in the Vote Leave campaign, even if was just to keep his mouth shut under pressure when the Electoral Commissions, Courts and Left wing media came gunning for him.

He's also really well connected, since he started his YouTube/Podcast he gets a lot of really high profile guests.


What kind of TV producer is ever going to put Harrop in front of a camera again, after his last Sky News appearance. Likewise what mainstream political figure is going to risk sharing a platform with him or even retweeting him.

Take for example his recent tweets about the NHS. Say some politician retweets one of them.

The next thing the said politicians replies are filling up with details about Harrop such as the fact that he doesn't even work for the NHS he's essentially a private contractor manning a phoneline, who's being paid through a 'tax efficient' limited company. They'll fire some screenshots of his greatest twitter hits at them, then they'll fire them at friends and supporters of the Politician.

Most people don't go onto the 2nd page of Google search results, but people with something to lose (or their staff) do.

That's why the smart ones (even the ones as extreme as him) won't fucking touch him. He's never thought about moderating his behavior, he just carries on with his creepy passive aggressive, emoticon filled tweets, attracting more and more unhinged orbiters.

Something odd (and actually quite positive) has happened to the way Google return search results for his name.

The last time I googled him was a few weeks ago, and this thread was at the bottom of the second page. Now it's half way down the first, along with inactive Mumsnet and Reddit thread.

I'm no expert but my understanding is that the algorithm orders search results based on how users terminate their searches. So if someone does a search for him, clicks through on the Kiwi Farms listing then the algorithm marks it up (please correct me if I'm wrong).

So because his primary environment is twitter those are the first results, but after that they're all pretty much negative, apart from his listing on Companies House, which is interesting all by itself.

I think that means a significant number of people are doing google searches for him, and are finding the information they want on this thread.

Anyway these changes to google have happened in the last few weeks, so I think first of all he's done something, I don't know what, but it's something that's attracted a particular type of interest. Second I think he'll have to take some action, he can't be a practicing Doctor and have so much shit online.

I'd expect Google are going to be getting removal requests in the next while.
 
How can a label someone else "assigned" you have "a degree of influence over health outcomes"? Will my risk of lupus raise 8 fold had the doctor who attended me at birth "assigned" me as female?

he hasn't treated a single case because he elected to stay home & make veal meatballs instead (due to having type one diabetes), while pregnant nurses and doctors keep working on patients because there is overwhelming need. I’m actually a bit torn on Adrian’s mum because I had envisioned her as a nasty gobby council estate hag and she looks quite smiley and kind, so I guess that was just all part of Adrian LARPing as someone who had faced class struggle, when actually he has not. In retrospect it is clear Adrian has faced no struggle of any kind.

But man, everything about him just screams “Raised by a borderline mum of the witch-queen subtype.” Like, you know how Ed Kemper was raised by one of those and ended up beheading her and one of her similar friends and raping the corpses? Yeah like that except the gay version where you don’t want to rape your mom because well you are a gay, but you would still like to feed her larynx down the garbage disposal so she’ll finally shut up.

We're lucky this thread was allowed at all, there were two separate threads started in proving grounds, neither of which got anywhere. It was only through the good graces of Null that a thread on him saw the light of day.

The GMC won't do anything, there are Doctors currently practicing that have done some truly heinous stuff, so they won't lower the bar to go after Harrop.

However he has got a problem, I need to research it further but I don't think it's normal for a recently qualified GP to just be bouncing around from practice to practice as a locum.

As a GP he occupies a grey area between the NHS and private sector, all the money comes from the NHS but they are strictly speaking self employed.

Anyway he's got a serious reputation problem now. Say he joins a GP practice, and through absolutely no fault of his own gets in a dispute with a patient, let's assume he's done absolutely nothing wrong. The patient googles him, then goes to a solicitor.

Someone posted a tweet from him a while back condescendingly telling a Paramedic that he needed to familiarise himself with his trusts social media policy. Now Harrop did that because he's a dick, he never stopped to ask why NHS trusts or any organisation has those policies.

He has a serious problem, he can't stay current as a GP while manning a phone line. Yet at the same time what GP practice will take him.

Anyway I'm expecting to see a thread on him in "Take that off the god damn Internet!" in the not too distant future.
 
Many children who experience an attachment disorder go on to develop NPD/psychopathy.

Harrop has a pathological dislike of stable nuclear family units. (Remember the undisguised longing for that guy to wreck a “sweet family” Christmas, he was practically orgasming over the prospect of the children playing with their new toys having Christmas forever ruined by dad’s gay lover pitching up on the doorstep).

My theory is that he resents his mum for his dad leaving or maybe his younger sister for coming and taking all the attention away. Which makes the JonBenet (pretty blonde child believed to be killed by her older brother) interest even more creepy.

Or maybe like many women-haters he was brought up in a family of strong women, but the arrogant posturing and desire for power and control stems from a very deep sense of insecurity and rejection.

I think he might end up struggling to get his dream job working with rare and special children because of his online antics.

He's clearly incredibly passionate about the subject and I'm not sure a gender clinic would want someone as politically invested as he is in gender ideology working at their place, would they look at his history and believe that he could ever be impartial in his diagnoses? He says the right things about surgery and puberty blockers being a last resort but there's no way he wouldn't be pushing those things, he'd also likely have some raging arguments with any women who were bigoted enough to question whether those things were right for their kid.

Also take into account his outright hostility towards detransitioners, he'd clearly hate anyone to detransition even if it was the right thing for them, he wouldn't want that "tiny minority" to increase.

Gender clinics are coming under increased scrutiny from press, politicians and the public, clinics know some of the stuff they do is dodgy and would like their docs to be discreet I imagine, not proudly tweeting about their pride in chopping nobs off to 12000 followers, or bumping their gums about it on sky news.

Nailed on if he got a job at one, within a week there'd be a "you cannot imagine the pride I feel when a young person wakes up and sees their genitals removed and a beaming smile appears on their face." tweet.
