Jesus , I thought the guy was just defending AnimatedJames.

The "review" he made of encyclopedia dramatica makes me think they're butt buddies.
 
DrFanta, I want to give you a brief lesson on free speech and the Constitution. The 1st amendment reads "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances." What this means is that Congress is prohibited from passing any measure that prevents you from rambling like a spastic. It does not ensure you a platform with which to do so. We as a privately owned board, are not held to this standard. So when you come here and ramble like a spastic, we are free to delete your posts, censor you and laugh at you for acting like a spastic. Understand? The first amendment only applies to Congressional legislation. Because we're not Congress, we can do whatever the hell we please with your posts. We aren't Constitutionally required to give you a platform with which to defend your pedo buddies.

Like any good exceptional individual, Fanta is starting his career by declaring war on Encyclopedia Dramatica. A move that has never backfired before. I can't wait to see the evil 'hate sate' get 'LOCKED DOWN' and removed from the Internet.
