It was never Capaldi's fault that the show was shit for most of the time that he was the main character. I would love to see him get another chance at playing The Doctor with a show-runner who wasn't shit. Sadly that isn't STD, I mean RTD.

Hey, remember when the Doctor creeping on his very-mortal companions was considered a problem both in and out of universe? Pepperidge Farm remembers.

Also, considering that the two 13 companions that anyone wanted to watch left what, two years ago? why don't they just bring in a new face or two to supplement the TARDIS instead of delving into soapy melodrama? I mean, fuck, the cast of The Expanse should be looking for work right about now, have them play thinly-veiled expies of their characters.

If I didn't know what this show is, I'd think it was some dramatic teen show like Riverdale or Degrassi, but with adults.
At this rate, they would have turned it into Melrose Place.
No, back to the policeman in the junkyard. The whole franchise was just him speculating why there was a police box there.
That reminds me of the beginning of the movie "Daleks 2150 A.D."

I love how people used to condemn the idea of Doctor/companion romance only to do a 180 for the 13/Yaz pairing because it’s according to them, “important queer representation.”

I know that plenty of actors from Classic Who, including some who played the Doctor, have condemned the romance angle between the Doctor and the companions in the new series. I wonder if they feel the same about 13/Yaz.

Just wait till Big Finish get round to him.

They recast Tennant with the same guy and he still came back eventually.
No, I mean they're doing full-cast audio 11 and 12 stories. The Tennant stories didn't count because those were half-narrated (a la the Companion Chronicles AND because two Tenth Doctor Adventures box sets had already been out by the time that was released. Tennant had been back for a while.

It was still the same guy voicing all 3. Regardless, there's no reason to believe that Smith and/or Capaldi won't eventually go to Big Finish.

Looks like there aren't going to be anymore Doctor Who animations after The Abominable Snowmen. BBC America pulled out of the financing. Probably because the show's popularity is dogshit. Yet another thing that cunt Jodi and manlet Chinballz killed.

Very disappointed we won't be getting Wheel in Space. The LC recon is quite good though.

I saw some people are hoping Britbox picks up the animations, but I can't imagine they make enough money to justify the costs.

F nu-Who.

Heh. Get a load of the banner. Why is Doctor Who fandom so pozzed?
