The first half of JNT was actually pretty good but then he concluded the series drunkenly and as a disgraceful sex pest and brought us that ridiculous clown suit Colin Baker had to wear. And then croaked. Bring back Graham Williams (you can't he's dead too).
 
Big Finish are in the process of jacking up prices , mostly for downloads as of now. USA prices not affected as much , Australia seems to be getting the worst of it.

ABB and the usual places will have to upgrade to keep up with the traffic.
 
If they really wanted to salvage Dr Who, Richard should have definitely been the next doctor and Rob his companion. (I've timestamped their audition below)
 
From a Women in Who panel run by women at Chicago Tardis. They'd managed to not completely cuck to troonacy but that ended this year.

Other individuals on the panel are Sophie Aldred, Sophia Myles , and Bhavnisha Parmar.

The bloke in the pink is a leafnigger name of Robert Smith , now goes by Stacie / Stacy. He used to hold some kind of position at University of Ottawa but unsure as of current employment. Mostly does Doctor Who related panels at conventions.

Not the first and surprisingly not the most grotesque in semi pro fandom circles , that award goes to Phil / Liz Sandifer ( currently resembles Brianna Wu in potbelly form ), who wrote a bunch of books faffing about various eras of the show called Tardis Eruditorium.

Doctor who is literally the sole reason David Tenant became an actor. He has seen every single episode for years, met Tom Baker at a book signing and married Peter Davison's daughter.

He did support Labour (Pre 2016 at least with Gordon Brown way back in 2010) and wasn't a big fan of brexit (but from what I can find wasn't that outspoken about it), but as far as general politics go he's extremely reticent, his dad was also a minister and seems to be the opposite of an attention whore:

Tennant rarely discusses his private life in interviews, citing his belief that "relationships are hard enough with the people you're having them with, let alone talking about them in public". He has said that he believes religion "must have" shaped his character, and revealed that he is an occasional churchgoer.

Where I'm going with this is that I don't think David is the kind of person to go "YAS KWEEN", he doesn't appear to be very much involved in politics, keeps his mouth shut and if anything I'd say he leans a bit conservative in private.

I think he's back because he genuinely loves being the doctor and will take any opportunity to portray him, plus he's probably friends with RTD (more like STD lmao gottem) as they worked toogether one one of the most succesful shows of the time so part of it could be that he doesn't want to create bad blood between them.
 
Bringing back Tennant for anything but a special is humiliating. It's going back close to a decade for something people liked to try to drive traffic for the show. He will likely still have fun doing so and provide a decent performance but it's an ugly look for the show itself.

As the poster above noted he seems to be largely out of politics which honestly is sensible. I think he managed to skirt the timeline of when silence became violence and kept his head down low enough to stay safe without voicing strong opinions any way. He likely is the live and let live attitude that would 10 years ago be considered liberal and now is not a good enough ally.

They're bringing him back for 3 specials, hopefuly we'll get at least 4 hours of content out of it. I stopped watching halfway into whitaker's first season, haven't even looked back since and don't even regret it, but considering that this is STD + David combo that gave us some of the best seasons in the show's history I'll be happy to give it a chance.

Not even gonna bother torrenting the gaynigger one that follows the specials tho.
