Haven't seen Starmer's comments (if any), but Sunak is just trying desperately to cling to relevance because the elections are in a few weeks. Even if you're not on Tennant's side socially here, it's a pretty dumb move to go after a culture icon right before an election. If he hadn't already lost the youth vote, this probably did it.

David Tennant isn't his real name. He took it from Neil Tennant of the Pet Shop Boys. Now, I love PSB myself but naming yourself after another dude is gay as hell and not in a good way.
 
Wanna know what makes this all worse? David Tennant’s late father, Alexander Mddonald, was a literal Christian reverend. And not even a small one, but he was a big shot in the Church of Scotland . He was important enough to have his own Wikipedia entry on his own merits without needing to piggy back on David’s fame.

I’ll admit I gave David the benefit of doubt when he started because I tought he was just trying to blend in as all actors have to by parroting ”the message”. But he really is a true believer of the woke cult.

I bet David‘s father would be depressed and shocked about his son giving the middle finger to everything he believed in, and brainwashing his grandkids to the trans cult. His dad isn’t around so I guess I will be disappointed on his behalf.

It's hard to understand just how insufferable Tory politicians are unless you live in the UK yourself. They're a different kind of insidious to their US counterparts, I'd argue even worse. I think it was probably a bit much to show solidarity in this way, but at the same time Diane Abbot is an absolute piece of shit who immediately played the race card, so I'm not going to lose any sleep over her discomfort.

I remember earlier in the thread some retards were trying to blame the troonery on Tennant’s wife, pearl clutching about their “child” being groomed and it must be her fault because she’s a woman. Look at him, their son is a uni aged, zoomer male arthoe type who probably got it from his friends or the internet and it’s Tennant who won’t stay in his lane. I can’t wait until the actor puts one foot wrong and all the wokies turn on him, and I’m sure the son is secretly pornsick and into sissy shit or acting like a fruit just makes him popular with women for a reason other than being the Doctor’s son.
 
So I've finally been watching the 9th doctor's era some. (Chris does have an appeal about him. I burst out laughing when he shut down Rose's mom cold.) It has been... interesting to go back and spot signs of the rot from the start.

Of course I'm sure if RTD was to go back and redo the episode he would complain about making trannys evil or something.

Almost through it. Not bad on the whole (though you're right, there's almost too much "disclaimer" at the beginning). He had a great segment about how much "space babies" had in common with "end of the world." I think he has some potential.
