Classic Who died in a cloud of cocaine, bad writing, and budget cuts. NuWho dies as a parasite bursts out of its body and then wears it as a skin and screams about muh queer poc oppreshun

I'm going to spoil the hell out of this so you've been warned.

Jesus CHRIST, I just skimmed the last episode (didn't care about the cybermen plot). Turns out I was right. And it was way worse than I thought. Honestly, if the fandom doesn't get their pitchforks for this... You can say the world has officially gone mad.

Chibnall retconned Doctor who in a way even Moffat wouldn't dare. Chibnall is officially the worst thing that has happened to Doctor Who. I can't stress that enough. It's worse than The doctor being half-human

Long story short: The doctor is actually an alien from another universe that was found abandoned below a portal to another universe on another planet that isn't Gallifrey.

The first doctor was not Hartnell but in fact, a black girl, also known as the timeless child. She was adopted by a Gallifreyan woman that also happened to be the first woman to travel with space ships and found her while exploring another planet (the show shills how smart the first Gallifreyan space explorer was btw for obvious reasons).

(That's the first incarnation of the doctor btw)

The black girl (aka the doctor), died falling from a cliff and regenerated into another girl. Her mother discovered The doctor could regenerate infinitely and experimented on her triggering several regenerations in the process.

Once she was an old woman, the doctor's adoptive mother then reverse-engineered regeneration from the doctor and turned into a black man (yes really) and timelord society then injected the ability to themselves limited to 12 times.

But that' s not all.

Turns out that before Hartnell, the doctor spent several lives/incarnations working for a super-secret Time Lord agency dedicated to meddling with history. The agency then erased the doctor's memories of his time in this agency, Meaning Ruth and many other pre-Hartnell doctors are running around, but the doctor doesn't remember she was Ruth, or other incarnations, because of that mind wipe.

Someone erased the evidence of how many incarnations existed pre-Hartnell. But the show makes it clear they were a lot. She did spend time with the master and the academy but that wasn't the doctor's first life

Oh, and the master used the corpses of all the timelords to create some Cybertimelords that can regenerate and die with a last-minute asspull.

Yes, it's bad as it sounds. Doctor Who managed to become even more woke than before. In fact, I think it out-wokes Star Wars and Star Trek. At this point nothing, but a hard retcon could save this show.

I would take any Clara shilling episode over this. I miss Moffat so much...

Wowzers, This is astounding. Is there a real reaction one can have to this beyond just memeing?

Jesus christ on crack what the crap was that

1) The timeless children was the most stupid thing they could ever create, the mere existence of the concept destroyed all the lore cemented in the Matt Smith era, they mostly told you that the cycle did not apply to him, thats mean The time of the doctor episode? fuck it, it doesnt count, all the plot of that episode was pointless because the doctor could regenerate endlessly he did not need to be recharged to keep regenerating

2) Regenerations are now flames i think that was the only improvement on this episode

3) When the doctor overloaded the Matrix you could see that all her memories stop with Hartnell so someone was upset with the script apparently half way

4) This is the second time that the Doctor was involved in blowing Gallifrey, now it has been blown has many times as Earth in Dragon Ball lmao

5) Ok the cyber timelords was dumb but hey it beat by miles "the hybrid" plot of Capaldi so i can tolerate it , now i wonder how The master manage to keep the bodies from regenerating so he could convert them into Cybermans... oh right consistency, we can't have that here

6) The version i downloaded was promoting in the credits the BBC streaming Classic doctor who in the same episode that they shitted the lore so hard that Rise of the skywalker has been redeemed the fucking irony

7) Notice how fucking retarded the timeless children is that every regeneration did not make the kid grow older it just changed shape, then how in the name of the emperor he became a child again to be the first doctor?

Yeap. Chibnall just killed Doctor Who just to get some asspats on twitter from the usual crowd. I hope it was worth it, Chibnall.

This is like the Last Jedi or ST: Picard episode 5.

I went from not caring to Doctor Who after Capaldi left to actually disliking it. Jodie is by far the worst doctor for me and this era is the worst hands down.

I am honestly both shocked and angry at this. edit: I think I'm just done with western enterteinment.

Chibnall not just fucked the entire tv series, he fucked all the drama cds, fucked the comics and books, he fucked EVERYTHING to hell and back the only thing that could save him by now is that the admission that the doctor is the timeless child was leave vague at best so a retcon-retcon could happen because this is a mess but we know is not going to happen

Fucking hell, Chibnal.

I was willing to give a female Doctor a chance. I really was. I loved Missy, after all. But doing this was a mistake. Because they had to let the Doctor be female, it wasn't woke enough. They had to fuck up the entire series just for progressive brownie points.

The Doctor is dead now, and it shouldn't bother trying to regenerate.

So I've been working on my "re-writing the 50th Anniversary" off and on (mostly off) that I teased a few weeks ago, but I have had shockingly little motivation for completing it with how shit the show has been... So you can imagine how I feel right now. Why is it such a widespread and common thing in current year to take every single fucking beloved sci-fi franchise and utterly shit all over them?

Why did Chibs think it was a good idea to give a massive middle finger to long-time fans of this show, seemingly in favor of tumbleristas who only started watching last series because "lol Doctor has a vagina," most of whom have already stopped watching "because we did our part supporting #feminism, and don't actually like this scifi shit anyway"?

Oh and just to give a cherry on top, remember that dumb cybermen plot?

Well, the doctor won by running away because she was too scared of dying so she gave her blessing to some old guy to commit genocide while she ran away to safety. I'm not making this up.

You see the only way to defeat the cyber timelords, and the master was by using a weapon that could kill all organic life. The doctor volunteered to press the button and self-sacrifice herself to do it and kill herself along with the master and the cybermen.

Sounds familiar, right?

You would think she hesitated like both the 9 and 4 doctors hesitated on killing the Daleks because they didn't want to be killers/commit genocide? 9 would've killed all the Daleks and all the humans on earth for slim chance humanity would thrive in some colonies. But he hesitated out of guilt for what he did in the time war.

Well, an old guy volunteered to do it for her, so he killed all the cybermen for her and the master(yeah right) and she ran away to safety.

No moral dilemma or anything.

Sounds familiar, right? In fact, similar situations have happened often on this show before.

This doctor even fails at being a role model or a hero.

I hate this so much.. this isn't "Doctor Who" at all anymore. (And it hasn't been even close since Capaldi left...)

Between Star Trek, Star Wars, Doctor Who, and all of Marvel and DC, it seems like there isn't a single pre-SJW franchise that exists in a form that isn't an absolutely shabby insult to what preceded it and shouldn't be put down like Old Yeller for the dignity of the past.

Sorry if this is a stupid question but if the Doctor was an alien from another dimension then why does she have Galifreyan anatomy? This entire thing is full of plot holes and sounds like terrible fanfiction.

Should be called Doctor Sue.

Well if it sounds like terrible fanfiction that's because it is.

As for your question the gallyfreyans modified their genetic code to be like the doctor's so they could regenerate. Meaning the doctor doesn't have Galifreyans anatomy, rather Galifreyan's have a copy of the doctor's anatomy. And in fact this is what pisses the master off so much, that he has a part of the doctor in him.

BTW that explanation also contradicts River Song's entire backstory making this even dumber.

River Song was a human that had regeneration because she was conceived in the TARDIS traveling through the Time Vortex.

This isn't compatible with Chibnall's explanation of copying the doctor's genes being the real source of regenaration because River never took her ability from him. River Song was never a Time Lord.

Why would this anger The Master, he has wanted a part of the Doctor in him all his life.

Oh, that one is easy. Chibnall is so retarded that despite being a Doctor who "fan" since many people here were even born, and having the nerve of being critical of the show for being "boring" and "cliched" :

Somehow still has no idea what Doctor Who is about nor he has any idea about any of the main character whatsoever. You are completely right, the master destroying Gallifrey because he has a part of the doctor in him is out of character given how close the two have been in the past.
