I think most women are happier as home makers and we've ruined several generations of women by convincing them that they're happier climbing the corporate ladder (which was just a scam to dilute the labor pool in the first place and stagnate wages). That said, some women are obviously different and have useful skills elsewhere, and they should be allowed to pursue those options, but not be pressured to.
