Otokosuki is one of the strongest humans in Dragon Ball.

Unless things have changed, Crunchyroll's version is the cropped DNR rips from the Blu-rays. Better off torrenting the iKaos Dragon Ball Z - COMPLETE BATCH torrent (which includes every version of the English dub).

I'm impressed! While the modders took normals from other character to help build Raditz's moveset, they also took a look at past DBZ games as a reference to incorporate his moves from as well. Obviously, making sure how Raditz fought in the anime is represented here, too. Overall, it's a good job.
The only compliant I have is that his hair seems a little short.
It's a shame this is a mod and not an official character release, though.

There are still some cool shit from post Cell, especially fusions which are awesome incarnate. In the end DBZ is not deep enough to necessitate a definite ending.
Also the Buu saga played a lot with the series tropes and concluded Vegeta's plot arc, I can't say it was the same as Cell.
