Which fits Salagir to a T. Autism alert for me here and I think I've talked about it before, but Salagir is the guy who genuinely believed that Freeza's full power level at 100% is only 500,000 because when he read his shitty french TL of Dragonball, the translation erroneously had Freeza in his second form say that his power level was now "100,000". He was since corrected, and says that he now thinks that Freeza's family doubles in power every time they transform (also wrong and doesn't add up with what is seen in the story at all, and it would also funnily enough only make his wanked King Cold in his final form 1/4 of Freeza even at 100% power)
Powerscaling is cringe but seeing as Salagir wrote a story where characters do it all the time, you can actually figure out how strong the characters are compared to their Z versions, and even with his new logic, all the characters end up a fucking arc behind their canon counterparts. King Cold in his "second" form is as strong as Freeza in his final form, which would put Cold at 4 million, then his 4th form would be 16 million, and after the 100%, his 6th form which was called out by the peanut gallery as "close to Perfect Cell!" would be fucking 120,000,00. Which is Namek Freeza levels. This was an enemy even the extremely wanked Son Bra in her base struggled with massively and had to cheat with Senzus to win. He just got his own headcanon about things and then refused to let it go, which makes his characters seem like jokes.
Sorta tangent aside, seeing as this story was initially written with the idea that Freeza's full power was a mere 530,000 compared to his guidebook confirmed 120,000,000 (with Salagir having once listed power levels in the hundred thousands that were supposedly close to the 'frost demons' in at least one chapter), it's even worse, and as a result of that, every character in Dragon Ball Multiverse after Freeza is roughly two hundred times weaker than their counterpart in Z. And DBM Goku like 15 years post the Buu Saga hasn't surpassed that Freeza in his base.
It's kinda silly, but at the same time I find the idea of DBM Vegito going fucking life and death with somebody like Cell Games Z Goku to be extremely fucking funny. It's like the fucking Gogeta vs Base Cabba memes.
My own theory about all the Brolywank in DBM isn't because DBM Broly is like, genuinely invincible with infinite power, it's just that the Broly in DBM is the only character who has the same strength he had in his Z film.
