From the very second I saw this announced I knew it had to be pandering to the sjw crowd for maximum money getting. I'm not gonna get upset about it because if you don't like it you don't gotta buy it I guess also it's something so trivial to get upset about because it seems like the kind of thing that will be forgetten in 10 seconds.

Actually, an HIV positive character done right would make for an interesting route. But I seriously doubt it will be in the game. The fallout would be too much despite the statistical accuracy.

But depicting a Christian gay pastor in a positive light would actually be a good idea. What I don't like is how he's married and your character is busting things up. Mary might be cheating too. But you are adding to the fire that damages their kids. If Joseph is in the closet or at least bi then they should handle it better than that. I wonder why the good ending isn't working? Maybe there is no good ending. Maybe they'll say "it's a bug" and never bother to patch it.

Looking at the decoded dialog it seems that Mr. Youth Pastor is actually some kind of Satanic cultist or demon or something that runs a sex dungeon under the neighborhood. Unless that's a dream? His kids are named Chris, Christian, Christie and Crish. Creative.

I'm wondering if it's a troll ending placed there to screw with people. No one can seem to unlock it but it's supposed to be Joseph's third ending. This ending implies that all your gayness was a dream to feed Joseph miserable gay guy energy or something like that. It's even more hilarious that he's the designated cinnamon roll and now he's ruined. Are the devs trolls?

If this truly is a bait and switch game then the fallout will be astronomical.

Oh well, at least the evil character isn't the guy that looks like a vampire.

It's apparently dummy code for Halloween DLC. AKA, it's a joke ending and people are overreacting to something that's incredibly obviously silly. I don't know why these people treat fiction as completely serious 100% of the time.

Yeah I've been reading up on it. But they've all got their husbandos and it looks like cinnamon bun will go back to his wife regardless. They really do take it too seriously.

I'm reading that your character's daughter Amanda is a lesbian. Although I'm not sure if it's true. But a common stigma about gays having kids is that the kids will also grow up to be gay. Also the goth guy is trans. Imagine if you're a gay dude and that's the guy you want. Only to find out he's got a vagina and a binder. I'm thinking it's mostly girls that are playing this though. Or it looks that way on tumblr.

The salt for this is huge. Pirate the game! It's homophobic! Fuck Game Grumps (even though they didn't write it they only funded the game). :stress: It's ridiculous the reaction over a halloween joke. Tumblr being tumblr I guess.

They don't seem to realize the entire game is pretty tongue-in-cheek parody.

Tumblr tags are a mess as usual. I've browsed a little and there is some guy ranting about TERFs and other people are going "AS A PANSEXUAL WOMYN, I..." so nothing really noteworthy, just the usual tumblr white noise. Most people seem supportive of the delay though.

I've seen a few bugs on tumblr.
It seems like some are visual and ending glitches. (like missing the beefcake chars).

I still wonder why they bitch that much. Things could have gone worse if they had the game released with potential unfixed bugs that they found on last minute tests.

I actually agree with him. Tags are used for shit they are never designed for.

Example, have a picture of some character.. instead of tagging the char.. the general shitstains that populate tumblr will use tags as stupid as "#dying-here" "#getting-that-ass" "#crying-literally".
Even putting holy shit long descriptions in the tags.. "#bring-back-justin-bieber-save-him-cinnamon-roll" or other shit. It's autistic.
