@Null For my hosting for my websites I utilize Rebel as my domain registrar. The prices aren't too bad from what I have come to find. Also they have excellent customer service, when I was having problems with my SSL certificate, they messaged me back in a matter of the hour in the middle of the night when I was launching one of my sites last month. Made the process a lot less of a pain in the cockhole that's for sure. It is a Canadian company mind you and I'm not sure how registration would work considering you probably would prefer an American hosting service.

If you have your own dedicated server (which other comments seem to suggest), and if all you require is a domain host that is cost-effective (and Central or East Europe/somewhere non-Globohomo is feasible), then, you may wish to consider mirroring the site across multiple domains (fex. one central domain with the others as aliases) (you may even wish to cycle between these to accelerate the hair loss and psychiatric admission date of the Twitter deplatformers).
The above may be considered after you've secured a new domain host.

As a near-eternal future solution, watch for blockchain-based forums, which have been in development since the late 10s. Nothing operational just yet (have looked for you), but maybe in a few years.
