That no longer matters. FBI has just asked Americans to rat on family members for wrong think. They just relabled it extremism. Everyone knows the facts of Jan 6th, but instead they labeled it the worst attack on the US since 9/11. Anyone who has seen a troon recognizes them as frauds and freaks, but they are labeled true and honest women.

Those in power now have the ability to redefine reality to fit their need for power. It doesn't matter if kf has done nothing illegal, if byuu isn't dead, and wasn't ever bullied by kf. Kf has been labeled criminal, byuu has been labeled a martyr, and this forum has been labeled a bully.

I can’t see how shittalking is hatespeech. I feel like those are two different things, especially since KF is largely contained.

It’s certainly not defamation, especially if what is said is true or statements of opinion.

theres a huge difference between a host that protects privacy/piracy and one that protects free speech. In all my experience dealing with the piracy type of people they would not be up to the job whatsoever. Youd be far more lucky hosting it in a country that hates trannies just as much as we do and has a nice big language barrier. like hoster.by or some other shit

Might be a good idea to look at what hacking communities use?

For instance, Raidforums, which is routinely featured in the news, and probably frequently under LE pressure cause its home to a big ransomware group and the new linkedin database was being sold on there, has its domain hosted under ename.com, which is I think a Chinese domain registrar, which might be good cause i doubt they care about trannies (Although enames own domain is registered with GoDaddy)

ogusers uses tucowsdomains.com, ogusers has also been named in the news many time cause some group on there sim swapped millions of dollars worth of bitcoin, pretty high profile crime and still never got dropped by registrar.

Xss.is, a russian databreach forum (similar to raidforums) just uses cloudflare

I know the constitution applies to the goverenment but when you give companies the power to censor you what's the difference in practise. Just did a cursory scan of the EFF’s current focus, looks like they work in conjunction with tech oligarchs, they don’t seem to be doing much work that aligns w/ their wishful thinking mission statement.

They get loads of donations from special interest groups, but act like they lobby for the little people.

Would they listen to any problems KF is having? Pay to fight those actively trying to harm KF? Pay for KF’s independence? No, no & no. Not likely.

They look like a virtue signaling BS “charity” at this point.

People have a hard time getting major ransomware C2's shutdown from them, and I've never heard of an instance where a legitimate website was booted from their service.
