This would (likely)be a civil defamation lawsuit and he would only be able to collect damages up to the amount allowed in his state for such things if he also sues for "defamation of charachter" ontop of whatever the costs of this. This might be possible as @Null was PERSONALLY accused in certain postings of LITERALLY killing people when none of it is true.

Granted, if you had something worthwhile, this actually could generate enough money for the farms to cover extra costs. It's not a bad plan but I'd say talk to your law man to see if its worthwhile.

I think Null has a good track with wanting guests to at least be able to read the forum. Otherwise we are in a walled garden, just circle jerking away. It would be almost as good as victory for them if we had to hide the entirety of the forum away from the world. So maybe require an account to view any threads involving dox as a compromise and close registrations for the time being until the fuckwits find something else that catches their eyes, like the glowing red anus of a decaying animal or something.

For super duper security, limit privileges of anyone who joined following Byuus hoax/theft of a bunch of cartridges he sold via anonymous auction recently), since some of them made accounts to come and project their troon rage at us.
