only reason the old hoster is caving is public pressure, couldn't you just set up a email link on the home page with some text explaining the situation and giving us a rough template to send to dreamhost or whatever its called somthing to the effect of

"im a user of the kiwi farms website and I believe that it is very wrong to remove it soley on baseless public allegations and I as a aware consumer and not happy with your frivolous buisness decision. I would encourage you to retain the domain because such action would make me and many other aware consumers very much indented to your company. While the hate mob
angry twitter users only sees you as a tool to hurt us, if you retain our domain we will see you as a trustworthy establishment worthy of recommending to friends and doing repeat business with."

I think if a few hundred true and honest fans were to send heartfelt emails to this effect the beancounters might realize caving to a couple twitter dms might potentially piss of just as many potential customers if not more than doing nothing and quietly retaining us
