Even Stallman in his own emails says he doesn't agree with what Epstein did.
He also displays a level of denial about the whole situation that I don't think he's ever really got over, and in his own autist way tried to rationalise into "they appeared willing, so they must have been willing, so no crime was committed". He recanted that whole thing pretty much entirely later on, after learning that people can in fact lie about being abused.

Also, as an aside, I hate this whole "there have been accusations for years" line, because it conflates a bunch of very different things together to create the impression of a continuous stream of accusations of sexual deviance. It's true that there have been "accusations" against Stallman for years, but most of those "accusations" are things like "he had a pleasure card because it's a le funny joke about business cards, and ate toe cheese in public". The "he's a paedophile and abuses women" thing only developed within the last few years, based on misunderstandings and innuendos that went right over his autistic head.

I’m not making up any of what you said, I’m asking a question in response. You can form your own opinions, I even posted the full email chain.
Yes there were children in the plane

If his argument falls on the fallacy of no bad deed happening then shouldn’t everyone on the flight logs be expunged of their connection?
Which Stallman himself also conceeds, again, his argument is a manslaughter vs murder one, a top the fact that nobody has accused his friend.

Nobody, including Stallman, is saying that people should get a totally free pass with Epstein. You should also recognise Epstein hired young women of age, too. Of course it should have been and must have been obvious to anyone there were children there, and it's fine to attack the persons morals, all he's asking for is that nobody say his dead friend who can't defend himself is a rapist when there's no evidence. Stallman is happy to debate the morals of going on the plane.

If his argument rests on culpability he should still admonish the mistakes made, manslaughter is still manslaughter and the responsibility lies on the perpetrator.

Personally I would like to see the real flight logs. If Minsky is a repeat offender I will know which way to lean.

Richard Stallman is a chad, a king, an autist. He committed the crime of saying he liked pretty ladies, and he's a bit of a shitlib, but he's done a lot for free software and privacy online and this pedophile needs to have a fucking mudhole stomped in him so hard and so deep that it echoes into the bowels of hell so The Devil knows another one is ready for collection. The man has fucking cancer, he doesn't even have a beard anymore. They chased him out of all the foundations for not playing the pronoun game with thems and theys, now they try to frame him as a childfucker when they're guilty of it themselves.

Don't know how many times I'll start talking with some tech person about privacy stuff and something about Stallman comes up and they'll be like, "Oh, that pedophile?" or "Oh, that transphobe?" Makes me so mad. They don't even know the history of tech, they just want to virtue signal to catch a promotion before the next woodchop.

If it hasn't been mentioned yet Stallman has said CP shouldn't be illegal. This is based on a few beliefs:
  1. Accusing everyone of possessing CP provides intelligence agencies (who always have some agenda) with carte blanche authority to invade peoples' privacy and indefinitely "confiscate" websites for investigations, etc., which in practice just becomes a wrongthink law.
  2. Current CP laws (or current in 2012) put someone who observes child abuse in just as much life-ruining legal hot water as the actual offender, even while trying to report it to the authorities. I'm pretty sure this is still true, since the feds tried to prosecute people with Hunter Biden's laptop footage, which possibly contains underage prostitutes.
  3. Stallman believes too many laws apply to simulations or drawings. Ironically him and Drew appear to agree here, but it didn't stop Drew from trying to frame it as Stallman being a diddler. This is because Drew is a power-hungry faggot with an agenda.

Had a dude in the marines report that a guys foreign national girlfriend was pretending to not know how remotes worked and got caught trying to put backdoors in on a work computer. Because even if you don't GET the info, if you can cause an alarm you can cause an international incident and you never now what you are going to catch, yadda yadda.

She only got caught because she was unlucky too. Right autist in the right space decided to go through drivers or something goopy and saw one had been fucked with.

Meanwhile, we get fursuited faggots plugging names into HaveIgotpwned or something. Bravo modernity.

Stallman is seriously too autistic to be alive. He defended his friend for going to Epstein island with some galaxy-level cope only an autistic person could come up with. He always gets lost in the sauce.

We already have examples of how Apple, for instance, built massive overwatch metadata tools the government has access to that were supposedly there to look for "child porn." They stopped developing the CSAM tools but kept all the overwatch metadata tools that scan your screen constantly, and their AI is constantly determining if you're a bad wrongthinker or not. They're not determining that; it's the AI! Blah. The future sucks.

CP needs to be outlawed, the production drives demand which drives harm which drives production which drives demand and the cycle continues forever.

Made an account here just to mention this. It appears like the review process is next Monday, which means that Drew decided to publish his "report" just one week before the board review. I'm sure he was counting on remaining anonymous until AFTER the review was done so as to not taint the report's credibility, and so that his sycophant infiltrators could use it as evidence during the review.

That insufferable fucking weasel.

This may be slightly off-topic, but some people have complimented Stallman and his foresight to predict issues before they are a common mainstream topic. It was already happening a decade ago, but CSAM scanning is more mainstream as an idea than ever: automated systems in place scanning for sensitive images have ended up getting innocent people in trouble, and many countries are being willing to sacrifice every single person's privacy for it, scanning every private conversation. Agencies pushing for those are always after the limitless power it would grant them, there's no reason to believe they won't be abused. He's an hardcore ideologist that will take firm and decisive positions, but some people only understand that when it's convenient. To make something like that "legal" is absurd today, but ideologists don't live in the real world, they serve as guiding light of sorts, or a reference point.

His arguments defending an old friend were solid, stating that he did not believe Minsky would do anything if he believed anyone was being forced to. There's no indication he did anything there anyway, unlike many other visitors that associated with Epstein much, much more closely and have been forgotten about. But people attacking him aren't reading his stuff to entertain a logical conversation, only looking for every single bit that could help take him down, just like they've done digging up nearly half a century old quotes.
