My favorite part is the admission that Lucas wants this site dropped from Cloudflare so they can DDOS it (which is illegal). We’re also a national security risk somehow? Is he saying that lolcows might be in positions with highly classified information? If so, the west is fucked and we’re doing it a favor by putting it out of its misery and speeding along the collapse. While I agree somewhat with jersh’s take on journalists, I think he should at least send them a link to the page on keffals and tell them that he might answer some of their questions if they can show they actually read the thread and explain why the archived sources are somehow fabricated and dangerous.

It doesn't particularly matter how small the protest is if they've arranged with friendly media outlets to hang a TV news segment off it. In Oz the ABC would be particularly willing to help out with this, and they've got nationwide reach.

Actually if you dissect the article, it is revealed a right-wing news site with the name Futurist Observer shares the name "Futurism" (which is an Italian Mussolinian art movement) with the art movement promoted on the Iron March forums where people larped fascists and Atomwaffen members posted. Literally couldn't be more strenuous connection

Whatever they do is totally fine as long as it’s for the “right” purposes. Notice how they don’t mention DSP, Wings, Chantal, Amberlynn, CWC, Ethan Ralph, Nick Fuentes, or America First. ben collins has the audacity to say that "the Kiwi Farms playbook" involves police hoaxes when I would ban anyone trying to promote that - operative word being would because I'm pretty sure I've never had to because nobody has ever done that.

This is journos, with an agenda, building a body of content that will later be used by more powerful agencies to justify whatever it takes to get the site offline.

It's hard to say if this scourge is even beatable. I've never seen anything like it. At least least 8chan, their politics board was fucking insane and faggggotttss (the operator) was actually strictly enforcing a pro-NSDAP agenda on it.
