These are the four things that #DropKiwiFarms wanted to achieve short of taking KF down completely: 1) making KF slow, 2) making KF unstable (in a perpetual state of migration), 3) making KF unreachable (1984 memory-holing), 4) FUD/making KF seem "too toxic/dirty to touch". Even the idea of 300 active Tor users is unacceptable to them:

KF is up to speed now, so it's a matter of wait and see if those who dropped off during the campaign are able to come back at some point.

All of the news articles that went out during the kerfuffle if they had a place for feedback from viewers, it was filled with lots of "this doesn't make sense" "why is (((she))) fleeing the country if it's internet drama" "i went to that website and while it's vulgar it's none of these things" "this is not news, why are you reporting about this" etc before jannies swept it up and shut it down. The only place they took traction was on twitter where all of the replies were carefully controlled and anyone speaking the truth was banned, and even then the only reach it had was the troonisphere.

Yeah, that's usually what I come back to. If we hosted CP or killed trannies or punted babies or whatever, we'd be shut down immediately and people would be facing arrest. The fact that none of that has happened, that Null hasn't been contacted by authorities and nobody is being investigated tells you all you need to know.

What is KF's policy on LE subpoenas? Do you know? I don't. If I recall correctly KF had a warrant canary (correct me if I misremember this, I distinctly recall seeing the warrant canary under Featured at one point), but that's for nerds as most people don't even know what that is anyway. I know the big social media companies will notify a user in private whenever they receive a subpoena (unless it's one of those sealed National Security Letters, Twatter literally went to court over those and lost.) Does KF have a similar policy about notifying users? Furthermore, when someone is being investigated, they're generally told by their lawyer to not discuss it in public. I know Caroline doesn't seem to care much about this and will happily update everyone on her prosecution, but unlike her most people will follow their lawyer's advice and not discuss legal matters in public. Given this, how can you say with such confidence that "nobody is being investigated"? This is an assumption, not a fact. From what I can tell the #DropKiwiFarms people have filed multiple criminal reports in multiple jurisdictions. They are being encouraged to file such reports by the dozens, if the Bar complaints against Rekieta are anything to go by. We don't know what the outcome will be of all this reporting. It can take months before LE make an arrest. The idea that "they will arrest immediately" is a myth, especially when the internet is involved.

I have already posted about this in the Keffals thread, about the fact there have been no updates whatsoever from the London, Ontario Police about arresting the person who impersonated Keffals in that e-mail threatening to blow up London City Hall. If they supposedly will arrest immediately, why hasn't the impersonator been arrested? Why no updates on this? Why is Keffals so spectacularly uninterested in helping LE find the actual person who impersonated him? Is that investigation closed? Is it still ongoing? The honest answer here would be to say that we just don't know. Perhaps London, Ontario Police will reach out to KF at some point. We don't know, and I don't trust Keffals to tell the truth about where that investigation is either.

AFAIK Null is pretty upfront whenever he's contacted by feds for user info. He hasn't mentioned anything that I've seen lately. So it might be true that nobody is investigating for this kerfuffle, especially because dong-long-gone expressed going to the police is pointless because they just told him to take his meds and internet words can't hurt you. They don't really have anything that any agency would take seriously, I do hope the person who has been doing the swattings gets caught. Although I think the serial swattings in the gunt/metokur sphere are done by a different person/group than the person who did keffals, I think the keffals email was vordrak.

We did have a warrant canary, I think I even asked Null directly about it because I was confused why it said "A Canary, safe and sound" or something like that after my mouse hovered over it. This was before the forum upgrade a few years ago, and I both do and don't remember Null saying he wasn't bringing it back. Honestly you should just ask him about it. I don't think I've seen it since so he might've just stopped using it.

WC’s have been pretty regular for the better part of the the last year or two, until 3 months ago. They’ve usually been published the first week of the new month for the month previous. We lack July, August, & September, at this point. The lack of a warrant canary is what tips off the glow. It’s possible they just haven’t been updated due to all the current events, it’s also possible we are currently glowing. I’m particularly interested in seeing the one for the month when Cloudflare dropped us, as I’m certain it will show CF are total liars, it will reflect how full of it they are. Even if we are glowing, it’ll have nothing to do with the excuses CF made up, it’ll be something unrelated & gay, or after the fact. Thing is, if we are a-glow, there will be a time limit, usually 6 months, maybe a year, until the truth of the glow can be revealed. Imo, if you aren’t doing illegal things, you don’t need to worry about glow. If you deeply care about being watched, (don’t post online for one thing,) & always moniter WC’s, know the patterns of a site, if they are posted late, or completely gone, etc.

The first time Null had to surrender information to the feds I don't think he was contacted by them and may have did it voluntarly, I believe this was a few years back when @Conrix apparently got drunk and PMd a staff member threatening to attack a PAX in detailed wording (Nobody knows why he chose this place to threaten to begin with) and then made this dumb thread bragging about making an open threat, Conrix posted weeks later on the thread about getting out of court with a slap on the wrist so I assume he got vanned for it and was banned from the site shortly after.

The problem with this is that nobody has "valid reasons" to sue Kanye for this or "every member" of the Kiwi Farms for anything. You don't get to sue someone just because they said something you didn't like, especially not in the United States.

Alex Jones was able to be sued because he said the Sandy Hook families were complicit, and his case set no precedent especially because he didn't lose it on the merits. (Nor was it a Supreme Court case.)

It's not hard to make yourself not look like the complete idiots you are by learning simple things about topics before you speak publicly guys!
