Why aren't we suing two dead people and someone (so far successfully) trying to hide for the extremely difficult to use in the United States tort of group libel even though none of these three people accused the Kiwi Farms of killing them? That's really the question you chose to ask us publicly, Dakota?

Like, assume for the sake of argument that Chloe Sagal was alive despite burning themselves to death in public for how the troon community treated them, how do you serve someone whose location is unknown? Where's the defamation Chloe never said? And what's the damages?

I asked the Terrahost guys about the possibility of 'rogue staff'. There's one guy who did join an IRC channel but it was to talk to Cohost about the organized harassment coming from LFJ. From what I understand, the platform doesn't want to be home to it.

Dong Gone's activity has been causing civil damages for a while now, and is probably outright criminal. He's harassing my business partner's business partner's business partners to try and cause issues for companies 2 and 3 degrees of separation from me. So they're within their right to reach out.

Well, it looks like this virtually confirms the "no one wants to hear about Fong-Jones' targeted harassment campaign on a platform" theory behind the #DropKiwiFarms content disappearing, whether Fong-Jones did it himself or the staff erased it.
