A lot of weirdos on Twitter claimed they had a thread or were being harassed.

I get it - they don't have much to live for so perhaps larping on Twitter gives them purpose but it really just makes them look pathetic.

Yet, we are dealing with literal cracksmoking retards - so the bar is pretty low. Sometimes, I think Rubin is another Sinseer account as there have been a few tweets where he uses the same framing John does about Kiwi Farms but it's just another brainless mirroring John and hoping for a thread.
 
Since No Dong seems keen on legal action maybe KF should respond in kind with a good old fashioned SLAPP suit. That's sure to keep him busy and might also prevent him from finding his next consent accident victim.

SLAPP isn't something you hit someone else with, it's a way you get defamation lawsuits against you dismissed immediately.

One word my man that separates the big media companies from Kiwifarms: money

All these social media platforms are multi-billion dollar corporations. They dictate much of the narrative in this country.

They have so much money they could probably buy entire countries and continents. Kiwifarms is the small homegrown patch in the boonies companies have been wanting to raze for years to make room for their supposed “new and improved” models, but the landowner isn’t backing down without a fight. It all boils down to how much capitol you have in the bank and your connections. It’s a very sick world.

edit: Null doesn't comply with the GDPR but not only do I suspect he might not have to totally (as a single person owner) but also not complying with the GDPR doesn't make your website illegal to exist in the EU it just opens it up to potential penalties. (Which I believe start with percentages of revenue which in the case of the Kiwi Farms...)

Correct, the Kiwi Farms is not hosted in the EU so he doesn't have to comply with GDPR. Additionally the only information the GDPR considers is registration data like accounts and passwords. Many a lolcow attorney falsely claim posting their dox and personal information violates the GDPR; while the EU doesn't have free speech and dox may be illegal there, it doesn't violate GDPR.

Precisely but ideally Null wouldn't be footing the bill even if No Dong was awarded costs.

The goal with SLAPP is to make it drag on for years exacting a mental and physical toll on your opponent. You want to make that person's daily experience so unpalatable that others will think twice before trying to disrupt your business.

It absolutely heart-shatteringly kills me that when I say "I don't understand why this [political thing] happened" or something along those lines, it was 99% of the time because of simple human greed. Living in the US really messes with my sense of patriotism, and therefore my ability to grapple with the injustices of modern times. The US is a highly prosperous country, maybe even the most though I lack the data and understanding to properly judge that. But from what I do understand of history the economic power wielded by the US leaves our poor in better conditions than a significant amount of places and our currency is a key competent of the worlds economy. Yet it still seems we have less to show for it than what other could have done in the same position. How am I suppose to believe in American exceptionalism when we have companies that have more money than entire nations yet all they do with it is produce cheap shlop? How I am suppose to feel a strong connection to my birth place if its obvious that people with the highest digital currency number can dictate entire policy agendas? Politicians are supposedly "representatives" yet their actual allegiance, "the party" can actively manipulate votes through gerrymandering, ballot box placement, number of voting booths, etc. And their campaigns and by nature, their livelihoods, are often paid for by these uber rich companies so much so that its basically an open secret. It seems that no matter what politcal side you talk to a common answer arises: the rich have too much power in Washington and need to be culled.

I have immense respect for Null, even if I vehemently disagree with him on many topics, mainly because of his tenacity for keeping the Kiwifarms up and running. There is something so deeply American about pushing ahead no matter how many people tell you the idea is stupid. Sometimes it fails horribly like the Donner Party, and sometimes it cements your place in history and beyond like the Latter-day Saints. Either way Null, even if not residing in the US, has proven to be a true American at heart with his unwillingness to budge while righteously forging ahead; dissenters be dammed.

I don't know where I was going with this, as most of my drunken posts seem to end, but I don't regret what I already typed. Basically I wish that US didn't have so many powerful oligarchs who's only goal is "just a little bit more" when they could do literally anything else with a nations worth of wealth. Commission a big fuck off art piece in mountains or build a big fuck off solar panel field in the desert. Anything but bigger number go brrrrrrrrrrrrr.

If Liz, Sinseer, Keffals and all others had the possibility to choose between anther tier 1 provider (temporarily) cutting the lines to KF and a new scientific discovers that allows all mtf trans to have a true and honest vagina that need no dilation with functional ovaries, womb and a clitoris that finally allow them to feel pleasure and satisfaction, I am pretty sure they would still choose the first one, then still boast on Twitter the stupidity rightneousness of their choice and call transphobic all those that would have picked up the latter, gaining the respect of nobody but all the zoophiles, animal torturers, perverts, actual transpobes and deranged sub humans that the farms discuss and criticize.

It was all fine to make fun of Youtubers, Conservatives, Amberlynn and Chantal - but pointing out the weird shit that Keffals was part of was crossing the line.

Anything that is a perceived threat to their end goal must be extinguished - which is to go after children so the sex pests can affirm their delusion and kinks. Erin, Liz Dong, Alex, Sinseer, Rubin and Keffals are deplorable human beings in a literal sense because they support exploitation of people's mental health as well as grooming children masked by the word "Tolerance".

Their constant crying about fascism is nothing but amusing as for some of these people communism resonates with them which is another form of authoritarianism. When the farms were down in October, Dong Gone thought he won and proceeded to move on to his next target - Telegram. He tweeted at Google DNS and asked them to do something about Telegram, potentially block users from accessing Telegram's servers to communicate with each other.

And Telegram is used heavily by Ukranians and Russians now more than ever due to the ongoing war - but Elliot didn't care. Kiwis are making fun of him and pointing out his "consent accident". He is really no different than the Iranian regime blocking access to both Telegram and Signal, as well as China and Germany, the latter of which would routinely try to fine Telegram over the last 4 years for not having heavy handed moderation.

Their continuing to blow up the inboxes of these providers isn't going to be for their benefit in the long term. Kiwi Farms isn't the last place people can mock and document the weird shit they do and they are further solidifying the discontent people have with these ideologues.

Clubbing people over the head into "acceptance" doesn't work anymore in this age and more people than ever are on to the cultish behavior of the Alphabet Mafia. Kiwis are the last people they should be worried about - they need to be worried about ordinary citizens around them who are not down with their shit. People don't take a liking to authoritarianism no matter how much these retards think "It is for the good of everyone".
