I see that Rubin unfamiliar with American SJW discourse rules (that the rest of the internet must conform to, multiculturalism be damned). Which is one reason his account never gets any traction outside his circle of British Caroline Farrow haters. Good American twitter users would never retweet someone who types out the n-word instead of using asterisks.

You know, under section 127 of the 2003 communications act (one of the more dystopian British laws) I do think perhaps the content of what Rubin has stated constitutes an offence:

A person is guilty of an offence if he—

(a)sends by means of a public electronic communications network a message or other matter that is grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character; or

(b)causes any such message or matter to be so sent.

I mean, @Caroline Farrow has definitely received messages of a menacing manner and I do believe the entire sock puppet and floundering of a character for which we do all associate with sexual assault and rightly so, could be considered grossly offensive as well as indecent. Which, if Remus is to argue that (lol good look making people outside of the UK apply with said laws) some content from this site violates S127 and was to repost it, then unfortunately Remus that would be a criminal offence. Just goes to show how much people associated with #DropKiwiFarms break laws in relation to that of their own jurisdiction.

I for once don't want Remy to kill himself nor I want any physical harm to come his way. I want him to continue living his life in sin and misery or even better: realize that his behaviour is absolutely abhorrent, apologize profusely to Caroline and focus on doing something productive or at least not evil and perverted.

I got in trouble for snickering at a customer's last name being "Roach". And I then got the last laugh when said customer was a little bitchass to my boss after demanding to speak to him.

Boss man took no shit from anyone and he jacked that guy's car insurance rates to the ceiling and there wasn't a thing he could do about it.

I was DMed by someone who reported Remus and had 2 violations upheld.

Makes it very hard for those who have been interacting with it and encouraging it, when it’s submitted into court evidence that even under Elon Musk’s more permissive regulation of Twitter, it was still found to be in breach of rules on harassment and abuse.

It will be interesting to see exactly who the forensic trail it has left behind, will point to.

I’ve asked for this to be legally expedited as quickly as possible so the evidence is there in time for upcoming hearings.
