I underlined threats in the tweet that you appealed. Twitter is very autistic when it comes to things you say. Someone once got banned for threatening the life of someone who died 300 years ago.

I would never ever utter the phrase "seriously problematic," and I am never interacting with this shit bird directly or indirectly, but, as stated before, his behavior, namely, incessant, unremittsnt attempt to contact @Caroline Farrow is repulsive and offensive. No decent person makes repestez unwanted attempts to contact a woman, especially a married want imploring to begin dialogue or other calls action. As stated, continually bothering and pestering a married woman (or a woman with a long time boyfriend) it is also a good way to get hurt or killed in some circles. That's the difference between real life and internet venues like twitter or reddit.

It is noteworhty that as he constantly hovers over this and other threads, he never takes note of comments like that.

You are right. I did a bit more digging; I guess that site I used only sampled 250 tweets (out of his 3,188 in total).

I then tried using Socialbearing (archive) and I loaded the max amount of tweets it would allow (3,069), and I got this analysis:

I know British libel and hate speech laws are a bit different than on this side of the pond, so I couldn't say for certain. But over here complaining that you are being "threatened with sexual assault" because you have an emu avatar and somebody posted an image of a dog fucking an emu would get you soundly laughed out of most police stations.

I know that the willingness of various police forces to pay a visit to women that delusional men on the Internet don't like may have clouded the picture in the minds of many fellow Kiwis, but when it comes to the actual law in the actual courts, you should expect the wig-and-frock-wearing equivalent to "laughed out of the room".

Meanwhile, I'd expect our dear Caroline to have a much stronger case against the emu under S127 of the Communications Act 2003 ("menacing character"; "causing […] needless anxiety to another [via] persistent[] use of a public electronic communications network"), among presumably many other claims, than the emu would for defamation against Britbongs ITT.

at this point it's painfully obvious that he's intentionaly baiting farmers to keep talking about him, he derives some sick pleasure from being talked about in the most vile terms, and he enjoys presenting himself as a victim on twitter, probably because it makes him feel like the internet celebrities he idolizes

it's normally pathetic enough when people of some internet notoriety do this but it's especially miserable when it's done by some total nobody in a cheap facsimile of those already pitiful professional victims

Jesus christ.. this nigger is too much of a fag to tweet niggerfaggot. Jewnigger made me laugh though, sonds like something Terry Davis might have said. And let's be honest, Rubin Remus is not at the levels of based our Lord and Saviour Terry got to.
