Speaking of serious allegations: if Rubin Remus is part of a stalking collective, does anybody doubt that they will start pointing fingers at each other and shifting blame as soon as they get served? Hayden appears to be a charity case so he's probably judgment-proof, but I'm pretty sure at least some of that crowd have wages to be garnished or property to be hit with a lien. And while Hayden may get a public solicitor, I would be surprised if everybody in the group qualifies for free legal aid.
Twitter has the IP addresses for everybody who connected, and I'm guessing they are as spotty about VPN use as they are with showering. Twitter will definitely respond to a UK court order, so there are going to be at least one or two people who can be held liable for their actions.
