Drunk / High Thread

I've never heard that saying! I mix them all the time, I just don't usually drink the whole bottle

my chest and throat feels like a mix of cannabis, doritos and strong whiskey

This question's mostly directed to users in the US, but does anyone here mix their weed with tobacco on a regular basis when smoking? This is definitely common place here in Australia and I've heard it's popular to do around Europe, but apparently this is a strange thing in America.

I find that concept appalling, but yes, it is fairly common. Among plebs. Often the tobacco mix is something like Samson Shag. I'd never tolerate such an abomination.

I've personally never done that, but I have heard of it before. The only thing that I've ever mixed with weed that wasn't hash or kief is salvia. I may have mentioned it before in this thread, but I just ended up merging with the couch and watching Tetris blocks crawl along the wall behind the TV. Haven't done that since then.

Husband and I got blazed after coming home from work then went to see Avengers 2. Fun night.

A couple months ago I woke up after drinking all night and only had one shoe. I was cleaning last week, and found the other shoe after throwing away the aforementioned one I didn't lose.

Fuck.

This is how everybody I know smokes joints. Tobacco burns evenly and smoothly, meaning the joint is easier to manage and the they don't go out as often. It also makes the smoke less harsh, as weed burns at a higher temperature than tobacco? (NOTE: after typing this out, I realise I don't know where I got that information from and it could just be stupid stoner misinformation  )

The amount people use varies a lot on the roller, I normally like to go for a 50/50 split, so that the taste of weed of weed is dominant (the stuff I get is so fruity *yawn* ), but the smoke isn't too harsh on my little girl lungs .

Personally I really don't like more than a few tokes on a blunt (without tobacco, obv), the smoke is just too much .

I use a gauze for my bong most of the time though, it's cleaner and nicer and the hit is better.

It's officially the start of the summer here, parties are happening like constantly. It's awesome, I've missed getting on mdma . This week also has like 4 of my friends birthdays in it so it's been non-stop mashup. This morning when I got back home, I took the most wasted photo of me EVER  I look so strung out.

Going to be having a slightly more upmarket piss-up tonight. I can actually afford crap rum instead of crap vodka.

I saw my mother this mother's day. She gave me some weed.

They do this shit in europe. I find it trashy as hell. Generally, they have lower quality weed over there, so they try to mask the problem with tobacco.

Continued from the Chris is taking hormones thread, because it's offtopic there:
Gotta get me a DC connect.
Basically, you can grow, you can possess and you can smoke weed. You can't smoke it in public. You can't sell it, but you can give it away.

You have to be 21 or over.

Regulated sales aren't happening in DC yet because congress is blocking any funds being spent on legal weed in the district. But in response to that, DCMJ's strategy is to spam the district with easily accessible weed.

They had a seed giveaway in DC. I went to it, but the line was huge. Also, I was worrying about getting caught for not actually being a DC resident. (It wouldn't be illegal, it'd just be rude.)

Also PETA was there, I don't know why though.

I mean I don't really have a problem with getting what I need, just hoping this causes prices to crash. Or at least less stoner bullshit to have deal with just to maintain connections.

Oh yeah, it's more good news than actually being that practical a benefit.

Edit: Well, the legalized growing might affect prices.

.
Not Your District PAC is actually raising money to target members of Congress, such as Andy Harris, who try to affect local DC laws. Harris working to overturn the marijuana referendum is what encouraged the people behind it to start it. I personally support a laissez faire, "devolution max" type of position on DC autonomy, but the PAC itself is a bit Democratic-leaning for me to actually donate to.

Sutter Home managed to ruin cabernet sauvignon. But it was 4.44 for a bottle, so I can't really complain. It has alcohol in it.

I bought some Grey Goose "Le Melon" as a way of treating myself for my new job. It's more like melon scented vodka than melon flavored vodka, but I've got a pretty nice buzz going right now, I'll give it that.

I don't think it was really worth the $30 though.
