There's very few of those guys running around. Even fewer than whales for Phil. A lot of people feel sorry for Perry because of the constant barrage of (hilarious) trolling and he's genuinely retarded -albeit in the medical sense since he had that car accident- so he cannot tell the difference when someone is obviously trying to pull something over on him.

I'm not defending Perry. He's a POS. But a lot of people feel sorry for him or went to send him a few bucks because his torment has been entertaining.
 
Perrys crowning achivement is jerking off Randy Callahan and kissing Don Barris. While Phils is getting fourth place at EVO in 2005. Pretty sweet right? Regardless, both are highly decorated closeted gay lolcows
