DSP's Amazon Wish List - https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/3RGWWKZJKJL5A

I get that but dsp kind of went the other way. In his old videos, even when he was starting out, he didn't go uhm, yuno, uhm every other word. He legit regressed.

I think a lot of that is from the fact that he has no current life experiences to share when he talks but still feels like he has to talk about something for an hour. So instead of talking about sports or music or a neat hike he and Kat took, he has to make literal everyday things like cooking dinner seem like some kind of Sisyphean struggle he must endure and overcome. Similarly, all the stories he tells without hesitating are from literally a decade or more ago when he actually did things outside of his "career".

I think part of it is that he became hyper aware of the "dead air" mockery and the heavy use of filler words is his reaction to it. Especially in the pre-schtreem, when he is trying to stretch it out for as long as possible to milk all the paypigs dry so he can bail early when it gets close to clockout time.

Well shit, this might take some time but we will have a clear as day answer.
Again to note, I've only described the situation and asked about the legality of it and zero information about Phil was given.

Thank you for your inquiry.

  1. Phil is living far beyond his means.
  2. Phil is building a tidy retirement by crying poor.

If phil was doing option 2 I would kind of respect that, but no one with 2 homes, leasing 2 cars and once said "there's a buyer market for cars" is ever going to build up a retirement fund.

The guy maxed out credit cards to play street fighter. He's one of those people who buys everything on credit and has fucked himself for the next 10-15 years while he clears everything.

His condo for example, he states he owes more than it's worth. How many times did he refinance it for that to happen?

I believe his financial troubles, he's fucked himself over. The guy has no financial common sense and he's too stupid to take advice. It wouldn't surprise me if he was a million in debt, it's not that hard to get there if you're on 6 figures and used to earn more in the past.

The funny thing is: he never refinanced it. He just was an idiot when he bought it and paid an astronomical price for it.

Jesus fuck, there's nothing you can say about that then.

Edit: Thinking about it, no... A mortgage company would not have given him a loan for more than the security first time round?

I never really thought about it before since DSP has so many lolcow moments.

DSP says that he can't sell the CT condo because he owes more than it's worth. How the hell can DSP possibly still be underwater on the CT condo that he's owned for nearly a decade? Has the value of the condo dropped dramatically? Did he take out a second mortgage on it?

Imo its very telling that a year ago we were joking about how amusing it would be if he fucked his future self over by refinancing, but now he's in a position where even being able to refinance is what he considers his most highly coveted near future goal

That's the real reason I think he'll never find a job; I bet at this point he can't even hold a five-minute conversation with a stranger on any topic.
he can't even hold a conversation with his supposed friends
all he can do with other people is have a one sided talk down with the other person
or go NUHUHUH over and over
he has nothing to talk about
and he doesn't want to listen anyway

he's an alien at this point

I can't see a bank approving a mortgage for significantly higher than the condos actual value.

Which means I suspect he has actually refinanced, possibly when he needed a deposit for his current home? Where else would that money come from, I can't see him being able to save up enough. He's not normal...

DSP bought the house at a premium to try to fuck the owner who was the gf/fiance/wife of a coworker. The housing bubble popped and the value of the home went to almost half of what he paid.

I asked a friend who is a real estate agent and he basically said that one of the things DSP can do at this point is to try to prove hardship to the bank in order to get a refinance on the CT condo. Which is going to be impossible to do considering he makes 90,000+ a year and owns another home which he has equity in because it's gained value since he's purchased it.
DSP could theoretically sell the WAKando at a profit of almost 100,000 (assuming he hasn't outright trashed and ruined the unit), use the proceeds from that sale to pay the difference of the CT condo (maybe 50,000?) when he sells it at a loss, and then get a mortgage on a smaller home or condo (he doesn't need 3 bedrooms lul) and be extremely comfortable financially.

He likes to pat himself on the back about how much of a good decision it was to move and buy a house in WA as housing prices are starting to pick up, which only matters if he sells the house at a profit, and time might be running out because if the homeless/drug/crime problem in Seattle spreads to the suburbs (hint: it will, look at Chicago and the outlying cities like Joliet, Aurora, etc.) then the value of his SECOND home will plummet and he'll be underwater on two mortgages.

During his SMM2 stream he went on quite the bit about that Hori controller and how the Pro controller's D-pad is trash. Now I don't have a switch so I have no clue, but looking at the reviews for the far cheaper Hori controller I see a few people saying the d-pad is worse than the Pro's. Hori has a good reputation, but this D-pad looks suspicious (one of the features is that it can come off and you can play with the d-buttons underneath). Would love to hear from someone who has a Pro or who has this Hori pad.

pal of mine has a pro controller and i've heard no complaints about the D-Pad i know there were some big problems with the early models so i can only assume he has a more recent model and phil knowing he has an early model is being stubborn in not using literally anything else

So I've read comments about Phil saying he got a big amount of PSN codes. I couldn't find it myself but I trust those sources.
So far everything I get from the DOR is that what he is doing is scamming the system that's why they gave me the specific form to file and send. I really wonder at times if DSP is aware that there are people who want to fuck with him? He's legit filming himself saying how he's playing the system.

Well it's been proven time and again that he either reads here or one of his fans does and then reports to him. That Papavera cuck seems to enjoy penning long communiques to Phil so my money's on him.

Get a hobby, motherfucker.

That to say, Phil is aware people are out to fuck him over. Even if they weren't his paranoia would have him convinced they are, so I'm sure it's a matter of him not giving a shit and doing it anyway because he wants dem gibs.

I have a Pro controller and had no issues so far.
Granted, I only bought the Switch last year, so I don't know how good/bad exactly earlier models are.

EDIT:
A google search resulted in that video:

But this seemed to be an older model, since I tested this on my Switch and for me it works like intended.

Also, doesn't the mall where Kat works have a Gamestop? Just saddle up some bags full of games he wants to return on Ole Mare next time she goes to work. He doesn't even have to go. Isn't that what Soulmares are for?
That'd be impossible since Phil, in his infinite wisdom, buys his games digital. So he can't sell them.
