Probably a hotel. Or because of the quarantine and court case, stay at home with WWE Hulk Hogan.
 
I'm thinking now that DSP finally has real spending money it's time for him to take out a life insurance/travel insurance policy on Khet and take her on a cruise. Hopefully she wont fall overboard, that would be a shame and then DSP would have to find a new soulmaid that isn't so greedy as to demand he doesn't force her to watch wrasslin', Marvel movies, or pimp her out on stream to that black dood Tervin.

This possibly, maybe more likely with the Corona going on Phil might be hesitant to fly all the way to Florida... I'm thinking road trip to Disneyland in California in the 6 month date range, it's a smaller park too so he won't have to stay as long to see everything which will make it cheaper. He'll force Kat to drive the whole way while he lays in the back seat to rest his back.
 
I can't see him going to Disneyworld or Disneyland. In his mind, it's highly likely that a detractor will see him at the park and start shouting "It's the guy". But at the same time, if he wore a hat and sunglasses, he could blend in with all the other manchildren. Of course, there's always the possibility someone will hear his voice and pick him out of the crowd.

I personally enjoyed Epcot's food and wine festival. Food and drinks from around the world and I can only imagine hearing his voice from in line for food.

"Khamon Kat we have to go back to Italy for the only good Pizza in Florida."

So come on late September, a trip to Florida for a Walt Disney World Vacation.

Obviously Phil is going to take his new bride on her dream vacation to Japan so that he can fulfil his life-goal of being racist to Asians in their native country. "Oh, herro. I would rike the chicky chicky ching chong Charlie Chan wing wong, ACK ACK ACK! This my wife, she ruv you rong time. $5 sucky sucky ACK ACK ACK!" That kind of romantic shit takes time to organize so it will be a few months.

I wanna say after June 15th twitch pay day, he'll have another credit card by then

it'll be unannounced

corona should have died down a bit, and he'll probably go visit his parents again

hotel and rental will be paid for by his parents

and there will be a tax fundraiser a week before it happens

I don't think he'll go overseas
 
Phil will finally go on his dream southern California vacation so he can go to Disneyland and Universal Studios. He used to talk about that all the goddamn time, going way back to when he was dating Leanna and a few times since he's been with Kat, so that's my guess for what it will be. I don't think Kat has ever been so hey why the hell not do something new together for once... you know, like a real couple. Although I don't know how he's going to get there considering you can't realistically get to those places without driving on the freeway. Kat will have to do all the driving, dood.
As for when, he certainly isn't doing anything while the Wuhan Virus shit is happening. Both he and Kat are lazy hermits anyway, I don't think they'd be in any rush even if there was nothing preventing them from traveling. If they ever get around to a honeymoon, it won't be until next year and they might as well just wait for their anniversary at that point. So I'm guessing April 2021.
 
Kat seems fairly normal in comparison to his ex-daughter, so I think a DSP-patented hotel vacation is off the table. My money is on something fairly unexciting like a popular tourist spot in the US. Isn't as expensive as a vacation out of country but is nice enough to warrant a honeymoon.
