A lot actually. It all depends on the drug, the dosage, and your individual sensitivities.
Honestly it could be any category apart from downers. From stim psychosis, to psych panic, to deliriants, to dissos, to chinese cannabinoid analogues, etc. And let's not forget that the probability that he is on several substances is pretty high.

Drugs can be heavy machinery, and lots of people are not forklift certified.

Not sure what PT is but the word going around is that this guy has a legit mental illness and bashed his head into some walls that made him bleed in the area of his eyes.

Probably did it after watching Trey noodle around for two hours during a song. Completely understandable.

Should have just gone to the parking lot and eaten some gnarly grilled cheese the other wooks were making there, brah.
