Theres a handful of xitter 'powerusers' ,including this tranny, that I recognize despite not using the site, is the meta for xitter to be an abrasive, standoffish tranny, and or post jokes that are supposed to be made funnier by being over explained?

Counting down to CP discovery...
An inevitability lmao.

Edit: oops, sorry for necrobumping, still find xitter users fascinating doe.

"Just avoid the politics and the site is fine, bro!"
As a chemfag, I can confirm that with chemistry content on Wikipedia. Most of chemistry articles on English Wikipedia are full of safety and regulation shit you can easily find on Google. I don't care what country classifies a compound as toxic, I want to know at what temperature it starts to decompose. Physical properties of compounds are often inaccurate. They rarely mention the historical importance of the compounds or reactions, too little if they do. These articles don't sound as natural as real encyclopedias. Reads too forced: written with 0 passion and 0 respect.

ETA: i looked up a random compound's article. It might be my ESLfaggery and autism, but boy, this sounds really confusing at first read. They just describe the reaction without giving equations. Some chemistry articles on English Wikipedia are lack of reaction equations and sometimes goes full Shakespearean descriptions for the chemical reactions.

("fluorinating [...] with fluorine" is the most normal phrasing here)

To make a point to my wife, I today looked up "woman" on wikipedia, pulled up the most recent edits and I shit you not could immediately find three trannies in there, and also all three happened to be "Marxists". I know this won't come as a surprise to anybody here, but the look on her face was priceless. This is my wikipedia story. Thank you for listening and god bless.

Went to check out the talk page for the "woman" article and holy shit you're right there is literally a tranny called "A socialist trans girl". This is who is controlling the information that is bumped to the top of google search results. Fucking insane man.

Going through the article it feels like I was at Rational wiki. There's an unnecessary amount of tranny terms: "cisgender" "trans" and so forth.
Anything remotely political on Wikipedia is like RatWiki these days with all the editorializing and snide language like making sure to add words like "falsely" or "lies". For instance, "Far-right politician Donald Trump falsely claims that trans women in sports are a danger to cis women, a dangerous conspiracy spread by Russian disinformation."

I think you mean "Far-right[18][19] politician Donald Trump falsely claims that trans women in sports are a danger to cis women,[20] a dangerous conspiracy spread by Russian disinformation.[21][22][23][24][25][26][27]"

The Kiwi Farms propaganda page censors Chris's existence, with this bizarre reasoning:

"Youtube notability is not Wikipedia notability"

Wikipedia literally has a "List of Youtubers" article which explicitly states that "this list excludes people who, despite having a YouTube presence, are primarily known for their work elsewhere.":

According to these retards Chris is less notable than some random Italian Youtuber whose only notability is that he's a "gamer"

But of course Keffals gets a Wikipedia page, and of course there's no mention of all the lies and illegal shit he's committed:

Someone on Keffal's Talk page correctly points of that he's supported and funded illegal HRT, harassed other content creators and that the sources used for the article don't support the claims made. However, the discussion goes nowhere and they're accused of harassment by another Wikipedia user (who has since been banned for using multiple sockpuppet accounts(:

Reading all the wikipedo essays on the chris question it's not that he's not notable it's that people will use his wikipedia presence to bully Chris further, which is frankly worse

Yeah, I got that from the talk page too. Another excuse that made no sense: if that's the standard then why do people like Rittenhouse have articles? Also one of the people on the Talk page says that Chris might actually want to have an article because he's starting a cult and it would be useful for him to have more exposure lmao

Found out today that there is literally a dedicated Wikipedia page not a stub or a small mention on the BDSM page but a full on page solely dedicated to BDSM "aftercare". How this qualifies as being notable is beyond me (It's actually not at all the editors are gay perverts this is why they consider it notable).

And it continues! Did you know that a review described He Fucked the Girl Out of Me as being about "all the ways in which American society fails its most vulnerable?" (archive)

It seems this was removed before the day ended, because it doesn’t show up in the DYK archive.

Usually this is due to some kind of discussion but the DYK talk pages are such a clusterfuck that I can’t find it.

That’s November 20’s. The tranny sex worker game is in the November 21 DYK.

On Wikimedia, the subsidiary site that hosts all the photos and images used on Wikipedia, a lot of people used to be in competition with each other to get the photos or illustrations of their own genitals and sex acts featured on the respective Wikipedia pages for different sex acts and genitals. Very infamously, one Wikipedia editor took a photo of himself sucking his own dick and got it featured as the main photo for an article called "auto-fellatio" for many years until some admin came along and shut it down. A lot of the people behind that kind of stuff have some weird voyeuristic fetish going on where they get turned on from seeing their genitals getting featured on Wikipedia articles.
Old news, but you can see hardcore porn on Wikimedia of all sexual orientations. It's shocking what people try to sneak in under the "educational" banner.
