The funniest perennial source is the ADL, which has a three-tier evaluation:

Calling right-wing groups white supremacists and neo-Nazis and "hate groups": 100% reliable.

Calling people antisemitic: it depends. Smearing right-wingers as antisemitic, probably okay. But pro-Palestinians screaming about Jews, well, the ADL can't be trusted on that.

They outright admit that the ADL "has repeatedly published false and misleading statements as fact" and yet conclude it can be totally trusted in other domains.

Here in Brazil there was a big "lesbocide" and "trans murder" posts by big lgbt pages, thing is, since the total number was less than 500 for both, you can easily just dig the names and start checking. Between the cases of horrible persecution for lgbt people that were on their posts it included:
Lesbian dug dealer shot by the police. Lesbian cop killed on duty. Trans who got a heart attack on a plane. A venezuelan trans who never even stepped on brazil and instead died on Spain (?)
Funnily the second one also got on trouble because when they posted the numbers, it shows less trans died after the "fascist" president had stepped in, so they deleted the post and them tried to claim all other lgbt sites were lying about their data, but they forgot the internet archive exists.

women hit hardest

That part was removed, but its hilarious, the site they link as source complains that prostitutes now need to find a real work since their pimps are all on jail.

Musk derangement continues apace. A mob of terminally online retards still insists, in defiance of all reason and sense, that Elon Musk randomly decided to do a couple of Sieg Heils (aka Nazi salutes) during his speech at Trump's inauguration. The article entitled "Elon Musk gesture controversy" (and for a time "Elon Musk straight-arm gesture controversy") has been moved to "Elon Musk salute controversy" after a week-long move discussion. The title "Elon Musk Nazi salute controversy" was initially proposed, but they agreed to shave off the "Nazi" part. However, the fact remains that it was not a salute, which several dissenters pointed out.

The article itself repeats familiar smears against Musk. For example, the intro states that he endorsed "an antisemitic post" without noting that he immediately corrected himself and deleted it, and has done international tours in support of Jewish issues.

The text still uses "gesture" mostly, but will no doubt be rewritten to say "salute"

But this is probably not even in the top 100 notable topics about Elon. This "controversy" is likely to be forgotten, and indeed outside of online spaces everyone has moved on. The media will drop a reference now and then in anti-Musk pieces but I expect that will be all.

I can't believe I'm ignoring the opportunity to dab on ADL AND Wikipedia, but I have to "ackshually" here.

There are two types of Jews: Zionist right-wing Jews that bomb brown countries and liberal leftist Jews who open the borders of the white countries for them. Usually they are separate people, but some schizo Jews take both positions simultaneously and just rawdog the cognitive dissonance. ADL attacks pro-white people from the left ("You should accept infinite somalians or its literally the Holocaust"), and leftist anti-zionists from the right ("If you deny Jews the right to self-determination its literally the Holocaust"). To leftists, its a Zionist right-wing organization, to conservatives its a left-wing anti-"hate" liberal grifter organization.

TL;DR "Is ADL left wing or right wing organization". The short answer is yes.
