Dumb Shit on Wikipedia

If they were convicted I'd still argue against putting them there. Not out of any love for the junta though, just because it is a retarded technicality.

Yeah the wiki rule is that with categories like that in lists, it should be what they are most well known for. It's the reason Winona Ryder would be under 'actors/actresses' instead of 'criminals' despite her shop lifting conviction.

Shocked they don't go back to the War in the Vendee where revolutionary troops brutally slaughtered revolting peasants and aristocrats alike who despised what was going on in Paris. Or the other revolts that occurred as a reaction to the Revolution.

After all, they were all 'right-wing' by the retarded definition of that and supported monarchism and Catholicism.
The Vendee was not just right-wing but 100% honest to god far-right in the actual definition--a society led by church and royalty.

Meanwhile the OG far-right party, the Ultra-Royalists, are simply "right-wing." Yeah, people who wanted an absolute monarchy ruled by king and church, executed hundreds of political opponents, passed all sorts of anti-democracy and anti-free speech laws, and instituted capital punishment for blasphemy were just "right-wing" lol

Edit: So is the original Tory Party in England, the ones who never met an absolutist king they didn't like. That should really tell you how "far-right" is just a silly buzzword.

They can't come up with a definition of 'far right' that makes any sense. I've seen some people claim the start of 'far right' would be various groups resistant to the French Revolution, so maybe Vendeeians would fit that.

The post-Napoleonic Ultra-Royalists were interesting - they claimed to be absolute monarchists but were actually in opposition to Louis XVIII much of the time, passing radical laws that were opposed by him.

I have only heard (Hardline Conservative) Catholics talk about all of those, as there seems to otherwise be a consensus to avoid talking about this at all.
They should get more attention as they push hard against the narrative that everyone was on board with the French Revolution and that the whole event wasn't a fucking disaster that killed hundreds of thousands, if no millions.

Mainly because Louis XVIII accepted the status quo and effects of the revolution and essentially accepted the concept of constitutional monarchy (Although the Congress of Vienna basically forced to him proclaim a constitution if he wanted their support to restore him). Charles X essentially screwed himself by associating too hard with the Ultra-Royalistes and ignoring the various prerogatives of the new political class in France, the wealthy bourgeoisie who had gained a ton from the Revolution. This was one of the big things that led to the 1830 Revolution, on top of him sending a ton of loyalist generals and soldiers to end the Barbary States in Algeria.

The French Revolution and it's consequences have been a disaster for humankind.

You can trace billions of deaths to retardation started by the French Revolution, they saw what the colonists in the USA did and were convinced they could do the same but they didn't actually understand the issues or the plans and kept thinking on terms of ideology first and practical matters second in complete opposite to the way the American Revolution happened. They were convinced they could just rework the entirety of society from the up down and completely rebuild it.

Editors already trying to downplay the migrant that stabbed a child in Dublin leading to riots.

The French Revolution needs to be hold sacred and its atrocities kept ambiguous and nebulous by all means for it is the cornerstone and foundation of "Our Democracy", "Our Values" and "Western Civilisation" (TM)

Just so.

Wikipedia must really like monarchists or something, since even the Traditionalist Communion, allies of Francisco Franco and political wing of an historically violent movement who favored absolute monarchy and traditionalist Catholicism, is simply "right-wing." To be fair, Spanish Wikipedia properly labels them as "far-right".

I think a lot of the monarchist movements which are a few hobbyists on the internet and articles on obscure modern day royals could probably be deleted if someone like that crazy woman out to delete articles on WWII German generals came along. It isn't like your average European royal of nowadays does anything of note compared to the combat record of German generals which can explain why Germany was so successful at times and how they lost the war.

For some reason they don't view monarchism as a threat even though action France has about 5,000 members and is constantly growing the Polish monarchist party gained a bunch of seats as well as the Serbian monarchist party also gained a large amount of seats.
It's kind of viewed as this quirky ideology and you're so interesting for being a monarchist even though every monarchist and my circles makes your average National Socialist look like a puppy.

They will never realize it until it is too late and the Army's of the emperor are assembled

They'll start targeting monarchism if/when it becomes a significant threat to globohomo, if only because too many retards think monarchy is undemocratic just because you have one corrupt unelected person on the throne instead of a game of musical chairs between several corrupt fuckers.

that's the result of mainstream media mangling the English language; "left" and "right" no longer have their former political connotations, but instead mean "conformist" and "dissident" with respect to globohomo
christ, I once saw Dennis Skinner (the old Labour MPs' old Labour MP) described as "far-right" because he firmly supported Brexit

Never forget that meme was absolutely made-up bullshit.

As she gazed at the burning towers, she noticed a group of men kneeling on the roof of a white van in her parking lot. Here's her recollection: "They seemed to be taking a movie. They were like happy, you know ... they didn't look shocked to me. I thought it was strange."

The FBI questioned the firm's Israeli owner, Dominik Otto Suter, but when agents returned to re-interview him a few days later, he was gone.
After the owner vanished, the offices of Urban Moving looked as if they'd been closed down in a big hurry. Mobile phones were littered about, the office phones were still connected and the property of at least a dozen clients were stacked up in the warehouse. The owner had cleared out his family home in New Jersey and returned to Israel.

Back in Israel, several of the men discussed what happened on an Israeli talk show. One of them made this remarkable comment: "The fact of the matter is we are coming from a country that experiences terror daily. Our purpose was to document the event." But how can you document an event unless you know it is going to happen?

The Fox News source refused to give details, saying: "Evidence linking these Israelis to 9/11 is classified. I cannot tell you about evidence that has been gathered. It's classified information."

I Don't Know Her
This was featured on Wikipedia's homepage. Just when you thought you seen it all, Wikipedia says our site can be worse!

Carey's reaction, in which she shakes her head and smiles while stating "I don't know her", became one of the most popular internet memes and GIFs of all time. The phrase was adopted within the queer community and among online stan accounts. Vanity Fair deemed mid-2016 "The Summer of Not Knowing" due to its proliferate use by other celebrities.
I find it very ironic that I have never heard of this even once.

While going through my bi-yearly 9/11 aspie phase, I was lead the list of major terrorist incidents wikipedia page. Mostly listed are ISIL and Boko Haram attacks, suicide bombings and massacres in conflicts and wars, that sort of thing... except for the Christchurch shooting and January 6th.

This was very fucking funny to me and I wanted to share it.

If the Jan 6 riot qualified as terrorism, then logically the 2020 BLM riots were also an episode of nationwide terrorism, right?

JK it's always okay when black people do it
