That editor retardedly named the map, but it's showing five fires at once, and the situation is so fluid that he didn't want to make the filename too specific because it might become wrong in a day or two. Of course, you can always move an image just like an article, which would have the added benefit of inflating your edit count, but not all Wikipedos want to spend their days manicuring their contributions.
