If you pay attention to arbcom, there's a case in the process of starting up that looks like it's gonna produce some lols. Essentially, for years, the whole WW2 area on wikipedia has been overrun by wehraboos and neo-nazis, and when someone who cared enough finally started fixing shit they started sperging out hardcore.

I'm going to disagree on that. This shit is coming from the left.

I'll agree that the stormfags have been going berserk on WW II articles in particular, but almost all the anti-Israel shit is coming from the left. My opinion is based on outrageous numbers of arbcom disputes about Israel, mainly by terrorist supporters who love Hamas.

It's been a long time since I've read the book and I don't know a lot about rabbits. But I didn't think that the female rabbits were stupid accessory rabbits for that perverted male rabbit gaze. The initial group was small because most of the rabbits refused to heed Fiver's warning. They picked up various other rabbits along the way. Even if it's somewhat unrealistic from the material that inspired it, it's a work of fiction. Write your own damn book about rabbits then.

A few pages back, someone mentioned the addition of an Accusations of Transphobia section on the Ace Ventura article. It should probably be no surprise that Silence of the Lambs is getting a similar treatment.

I like that they aren't even listing any specific examples of criticisms about transphobia, and instead just posted the director's response. The second thing, Betty Friedan complaining about it also bothers me. Firstly, a large number of serial killers focus on women so the movie scores some realism points in that regard, and second, the movie treats it as disturbing and offensive. The movie sets out to be offensive, and it succeeds. Being offended means you're making the movie win.

Ain't it a plotpoint in the book, where they talk about how Buffalo Bill ain't trans at all. He doesn't want to be a women in the same way trans want to be,but want be his mother. That is why he create his women suit.

Haven't read the book, but Lecter explicitly states in the movie that Buffalo Bill thinks he's trans, but he isn't, and that's what creates Buffalo Bill's psychosis and self-loathing.

Also worth noting that at one point Clarice states that transgender people tend to be passive and nonviolent. Which actually makes sense the more you think about modern troons and their insanity.
